Is it Persia White who was Aura in Buffy (and mentioned in Rm w/a Vu) and Aggie in Angel, not sure if she had supernatural abilites in Angel though. She was in the ep Over the Rainbow. I've been through all the cast who have appeared on both shows and I think shes all thats left.
