PREVIOUSLY ON BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER:
ALEX was about to ask BUFFY out on a date when a VAMPIRE attacked during MIKE and DAWN'S training. MIKE won a metal for athletic achievements and went with VI and DAWN to the hospital. XANDER had a glass eye put in. FAITH and STEPHANIE talked about how she's feeling after killing her Uncle. WILLOW tried to enchant XANDER'S glass eye, but it backfired and sent everyone back into the WISHVERSE. THE MASTER found out that MIKE, DAWN, STEPHANIE and VI could stop his plans, so he sent VAMPIRES out to kill them.
TEASER
26 INT. SUMMERS RESIDENCE - NIGHT
DAWN, MIKE, STEPHANIE and VI stepped through the doorway of DAWN'S old home. DAWN and VI were very confused. SUNNYDALE was destroyed in the battle against THE FIRST EVIL. How was it possible it was there now? Another thing that bothered them was why the town was overrun by VAMPIRES. The house was destroyed, much like the rest of the town.
VI
Keep your guard up, you guys. There could be vampires in here.
STEPHANIE
I thought vampires could only come in houses with an invitation.
VI
That's true, but if the owner of the house is dead or the house is abandoned then vampires can come in on their own. If you're dealing with Turak-Hon vampires, they'd just beat the door down anyway. They don't need an invite.
MIKE
So, we're not safe in this house?
VI
Probably not.
DAWN
We should find the weapons chest. It should be in the living room because that's where Buffy keeps it.
VI
Stephanie and I will stay here and keep watch. You guys go get the weapons.
DAWN
Ok.
DAWN and MIKE walked into the living room, while STEPHANIE and VI stood in the parlor of the house. DAWN stopped seconds after she walked into the living room.
MIKE
What's wrong?
DAWN
These decorations...The furniture...The house was never decorated like this...
MIKE
Are you sure?
DAWN
I lived here for 17 years of my life. I think I'd know. (She walked to the place where the weapons chest was kept, but it's not there.) It's not here...
MIKE
Could it be somewhere else? (He picks up a broken picture frame. There's a name on the bottom.) I thought your last name was Summers? (He holds up the picture frame that says "Renolds" on it.)
DAWN
So, it's like we never lived here. (She sits down on a couch and thinks for a few seconds. She looks up at MIKE, her jaw dropping.) I think I remember!
MIKE (putting the frame back on the ground)
Remember what?
DAWN
I remember during Buffy's senior year at the High School, Anya was still a Vengeance Demon. Cordelia made a wish that Buffy never came to Sunnydale and this is what everything was like. I think we're back in that scary Wishverse.
MIKE
So, what do we do to get out of here?
Suddenly a loud crash fills the house. MIKE and DAWN run out of the living room and see STEPHANIE and VI fighting two VAMPIRES in the hallway. STEPHANIE kicks a VAMPIRE in the stomach and knocks him into the wooden railing of the steps. It breaks and sharp pieces of wood fall to the floor. STEPHANIE picks one up and stakes the VAMPIRE in the heart. She tosses the stake to VI, who catches it and stakes the VAMPIRE she was fighting.
DAWN
Ok, everyone out. We need to get somewhere safe.
DAWN, MIKE, STEPHANIE and VI leave the house and approach the car. They get in and MIKE starts the car.
MIKE (pulling out of the drive way)
Have any place in mind?
DAWN
The Library...

ACT ONE
32 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - NIGHT
The only place in SUNNYDALE that isn't destroyed - The High School Library. Thousands of books line the shelves and weapons are strewn about the room. GILES walks down from the stacks, putting a few books down on the table. LARRY and OZ run into the room from a back entrance.
GILES
What happened?
OZ
Some vampires jumped us outside.
GILES
Nancy ?
LARRY
They got her.
GILES
Damn it. (He turns back to the books.) There's barely any humans left in this town anymore. Something big is going to happen. The vampires are gathering closer and closer to The Master as the months go by.
OZ
What about that girl? Didn't you say that a girl could help us? Buffy?
GILES
Yes, Buffy Summers could help us, but it seems that she hasn't contacted her Watcher in nearly three weeks. I think the Slayer would be the only person capable of taking care of this problem.
DAWN, MIKE, STEPHANIE and VI walk into The Library. GILES, LARRY and OZ tense up; GILES reaches for an ax.
DAWN
Whoa! Whoa! Calm down, Giles!
GILES
How do you know my name?
DAWN
You don't know me?
OZ
Are they vampires?
GILES
I...I don't know...
MIKE
We're not vampires, trust me. We're some of the few people left alive in this town. You asked for a Slayer? Well, you're in luck. We have 2 of them.
GILES
What?
VI
Hello, Mr. Giles. I'm Vi. I know you don't know me, but I'm a Slayer. I think you should sit down and I can clearly explain the importance of us being here to you.
GILES
I'll stand, thank you.
VI
Ok, well, how do I start this? We're from another reality. In our reality, there are hundreds of Slayers. Buffy Summers gained a powerful Slayer weapon and with the help of Willow Rosenburg, she made every potential Slayer into a Slayer.
OZ
How do you know about Willow Rosenburg?
VI
In our reality she is a very powerful good witch. We wouldn't have survived the battle against The First Evil without her.
GILES
The First Evil? You fought The First Evil?
VI
Well, we didn't fight him per say. The First Evil can't be touched. What he did try to do was open up the Hellmouth and let all the Turak-Hon vampires out.
GILES
How do you know about all this?
STEPHANIE
She told you already...We're from another reality.
DAWN
I'm Buffy Summers's sister, Dawn. Giles, I know you. You were my father figure growing up because my father wasn't around. You were a father to Buffy too.
GILES
I was?
DAWN
Why don't you sit down, Giles. I have a lot to tell you about.
XANDER and WILLOW watched from the stacks. When they knew enough information, they slipped out the back entrance, unnoticed.
26 INT. THE MASTER'S ROOM - NIGHT
THE MASTER sat impatiently, tapping his fingers on the arm of his throne. He stood up and walked into the main room, where VAMPIRES were partying. That's the one thing THE MASTER hated about The Bronze, the constant noise. He walked up to a cage that held a middle-aged man.
THE MASTER
He'll have to do.
THE MASTER unlocked the cage and pulled the helpless man out. He pulled him to his feet and buried his fangs into the mans' neck. A few seconds later, he let the dead body drop to the floor. XANDER and WILLOW entered The Bronze, arm in arm.
THE MASTER
I thought I told you two to go find those brats.
XANDER
We did, boss. They were at The Library.
THE MASTER
...And you didn't stop them?
WILLOW
Those two Slayers were with them.
THE MASTER (sighing)
Did you kill anyone? Did you find any useful information? Anything?
XANDER
We found out a whole lot.
WILLOW
It turns out those two Slayers were from a different reality like we thought. In that reality there are lots of Slayers because Buffy Summers did a spell with...well...me...and made all potential Slayers into Slayers. They never told how they got here, but it seems that in their reality, everything is happy and nice...for them...
THE MASTER
These children can be a great flaw in our plans. I want you to kill these children at all costs.
HARMONY and DRUSILLA walk into the room. They both bow respectfully.
THE MASTER
Yes?
DRUSILLA
Two of our brothers disappeared; I think the children got to them.
HARMONY
We were looking for the kids you were talking about and I think they killed some of the vampires you assigned us.
THE MASTER
These kids are really beginning to get on my nerves. Have Vanny and Alex checked in yet?
XANDER
I don't think so. I haven't heard anything.
WILLOW
Me either.
DRUSILLA
We did meet a new play mate.
HARMONY
There was a vampire on the streets that we ran into. She said she'd be happy to look for the children.
THE MASTER
Is she here?
HARMONY
Yes.
THE MASTER
Send her in...
HARMONY (screaming)
Sheila, get in here!
SHEILA walked through a heavy curtain and entered the room. She looked at THE MASTER, without bowing. She crossed her arms across her chest.
THE MASTER
You're new here. You need to learn the rules quickly. (He waved his hand and he brought SHEILA to her knees with a telekinetic ability.) Much better.
30 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - NIGHT
GILES, LARRY, OZ, DAWN, STEPHANIE, MIKE and VI are sitting around the large table next to the stacks. GILES'S face drops when he hears the plan VI is telling him.
GILES
That's insane!
VI
It could work! They won't even know we're there!
GILES
How do you know that?
VI
Because we'll be careful.
GILES
So, you're saying you four will go into The Bronze and rescue a vampire with a soul so he can come fight on our side?
MIKE
The more fighters on our side the better.
DAWN
I'm all for it. I'm not about to leave Angel in there where they torture him.
GILES (sighs)
There's nothing I can do to stop you, is there?
STEPHANIE
Nope, not really.
OZ
I'll come with you guys.
VI
No. I don't want any other people there. If we fail, I want some people to still be here and continue what we failed.
OZ
Ok then. I guess I'm staying here.
VI
We'll be back...I promise...
VI, STEPHANIE, MIKE and DAWN stood from the table. They walked up the stairs, through the stacks, and out the back way. GILES sighs. LARRY looks up at him.
LARRY
You really think they can pull this off?
GILES
God, I hope so.
WESLEY
Maybe we can be a second hope if they don't.
GILES, OZ and LARRY turned their heads. Standing in the doorway to The Library stood Wesley and 20 potential Slayers.
ACT TWO
26 INT. THE BRONZE'S BACK ROOM - NIGHT
ANGEL sat in a cold corner of the jail cell holding him in the back of The Bronze. He pulled at the opening of his shirt until the buttons were gone and he could see the injuries that he had suffered minutes before. Blood and burns covered his body and he shuttered at the thought of staying in this torturous Hell forever. A loud noise, the sound of glass breaking, filled the room. ANGEL closed his eyes and prayed that today wasn't Willow 's "Glass Day". He heard small footsteps approaching and he bravely opened his eyes to greet the vampire, or so he thought.
ANGEL
Who are you?
DAWN
We're here to help you, Angel.
ANGEL
How do you know my name?
DAWN
I can explain to you on the way back to The Library, but right now we have to get you out of here.
MIKE (looking around the room)
Do you know where the key is?
ANGEL
It should be hanging on the wall.
MIKE (looking at the wall)
It's not here.
ANGEL
She must have taken it with her.
STEPHANIE
I don't mean to be annoying, but we need to hurry.
DAWN
Vi, do you think you can kick the door open?
VI
I can try. How hard are the bars?
ANGEL
Stainless steel. I don't know if you can--
VI swings around and sends a powerful round-house kick into the lock of the jail cell. The lock breaks and the door slowly swings open. VI and MIKE walk into the jail cell and help ANGEL to his feet. STEPHANIE walks into the jail cell and stands next to MIKE. They switch positions, so ANGEL can lean on STEPHANIE and VI, the stronger ones in the group.
DAWN
We need to get him out of here. Angel, do you think you can fit through that window?
ANGEL
Probably. I might need a little help though.
MIKE
Good, let's get out of here. (He turns to leave, but almost steps on a dog.) What a cute dog! (He picks the dog up.) Wait a minute...
DAWN
Didn't Alex have a dog like that?
ALEX
Yes, Alex does. (He steps out of the shadows.) You aren't leaving here with the vampire. My Sire would be unhappy, and I can't let that happen.
STEPHANIE
You're talking to two Slayers. Do you really think you can take us all on your own?
ALEX
No...Not really...But I think we can...
ALEX steps back so the door to the back room can be seen. WILLOW, XANDER, HARMONY, DRUSILLA, VANNY and SHEILA stand behind ALEX. They all growl as their faces turn into the faces of vampires.
VI
Allow me to take care of this.
VI leaves ANGEL'S side, almost causing him to fall on the ground. She grabs ALEX by the neck and tosses him into the other vampires. They all fall down in the hallway and VI closes the door, locking it.
MIKE
That's not going to hold them for long.
VI
I know. Come on.
VI, STEPHANIE, ANGEL, MIKE and DAWN all hurry towards the back of the room. MIKE puts ALEX'S dog in the jail cell, just in case. ANGEL slips out the window first, followed by STEPHANIE and MIKE. VI jumps through the window next, and is followed DAWN. They've all escaped out the window as the door breaks open and the vampires flood the room.
30 EXT. ALLEY OUTSIDE THE BRONZE - NIGHT
DAWN and MIKE are running in the lead. VI and STEPHANIE are still helping an injured ANGEL run down the alley. They are lagging behind a bit. MIKE turns back and sees the girls that the girls are having a hard time carrying ANGEL.
MIKE
You guys have to move faster. We have to keep running.
ANGEL
Just leave me. I can find a way back on my own.
VI
No. You're injured. I'm not leaving you.
STEPHANIE
I have to agree with Mike on this one. There are hundreds of vampires lurking around out here. If they find us, they'll easily over-power us.
DAWN
You're right, but we can't leave Angel here. There has to be some way to get him back to The Library.
VI
We just have to keep running. As long as we're still putting distance between us and them, we'll be fine.
The sound of many footsteps fills the alley as 20 vampires fill the alley at both exits. 10 vampires guard the entrance, 10 vampires guard the exit. The vampires growl as they begin to move in closer on the five Scoobies. A vampire is just about to grab MIKE from behind when an arrow impales his hand. Both sides, vampires and Slayers are surprised. They look to the source of the arrow, where they see GILES standing on top of a smaller building, surrounded by 10 potential Slayers. Among the potential Slayers are KENNEDY, CARIDAD, KENDRA and FAITH.
DAWN
Giles.
MIKE
Thank God.
GILES and the potential Slayers jump off the building and land between ANGEL'S rescuers and the vampires. The vampires don't back up, unafraid of a few girls and a Watcher carrying a crossbow.
FAITH
Fine, we can do it your way! The hard way!
DAWN
Faith?
FAITH
Who the hell are you?
A VAMPIRE jumps forward and punches FAITH in the face. She nearly falls to the ground, but her anger and aggression are a powerful source of strength. She quickly recovers and kicks the vampire in the crotch. She swings her hand back and delivers a powerful slap to the vampire.
STEPHANIE (scared)
Does this mean we fight?
Both sides suddenly rushed at each other. VI quickly brought ANGEL to a box in the alley and sat him down on it, then she quickly ran back into the battle. STEPHANIE kicks a vampire in the face, as CARIDAD punches a vampire square in the nose. GILES fires his crossbow into another vampire, dusting it. VI takes out her good old hunting knife and starts slicing the vampires into pieces. KENDRA back flips and kicks a vampire in the face. KENNEDY grabs a vampire and throws it into the wall. CHASTITY smacks a vampire and kicks him in the shin. MIKE punches a vampire hard in the gut and tosses him to the floor. DAWN grabs a piece of wood off the floor and beats a vampire in the head with it. She pushes the vampire into a good position and buries the wood into the vampire’s heart. The battle ended quickly, as the vampires were no match for the potential Slayers, GILES, and the Scoobies from another reality.
DAWN
Giles, Angel's hurt. We need to get him to a hospital or something.
GILES
Angel, as in Angelus?
DAWN
Yes, it's just one more of the many things I still need to explain to you, but right now we don't have time. More vampires will come out here when their friends don't come back.
GILES
Alright, everyone! Let's move out!
A car pulls up in the alley and a girl runs out of the car. She's very familiar to the group, although they've never really talked to her.
ANA
Did you say someone was hurt?
DAWN
Yes, our friend is hurt badly.
ANA
I'm a nurse! I can take you back to my house and I can try to nurse his wounds into better shape!
MIKE
Can we trust her, Giles?
GILES
Doesn't look like we have a choice to trust and not trust unless they are walking around in vampire face. (He thinks.) Vi, Stephanie, go with Angel and this woman in case she is evil. Dawn and Mike, you come back to the Library with me and the other potential Slayers.
STEPHANIE
Ok then.
VI and STEPHANIE help ANGEL off the box he was seated on and into ANA'S car. They put him in the back seat of the car. ANA gets in the drivers seat and VI and STEPHANIE smooch into the passengers seat. A second later, ANA stars the car and they drive off. Meanwhile, MIKE and DAWN start walking back to The Library with GILES and the others.
26 INT. ANA'S HOUSE - NIGHT
The door to ANA'S house bursts open as everyone floods into the house. ANA points to the living room and VI and STEPHANIE drag ANGEL to a couch. ANGEL lies on the couch and breathes a sigh of pain. ANA hurries into the living room moments later with a first aid kit and other medical supplies.
ANA
Some of this might hurt, Mr...?
ANGEL
Angel...Just call me Angel...
ANA
Ok, Angel. Some of the medical treatments will probably burn a little bit, but that just means they're doing their job.
ANA pulled away ANGEL'S ripped and dirty shirt and dropped it on the floor. She looked over his chest which was covered in burns, bruises, cuts, scrapes, and puncture wounds. She started bandaging and nursing any wounds he had. She started at his head and moved down his arms and his chest. About 20 minutes later she was almost done when she noticed a wound she shouldn't go to, but had to.
ANA
Uh...Can you guys do me a favor and turn around? There's a wound here that's around some place you shouldn't see.
STEPHANIE
What place...OOOHHHH...
VI
Just turn around, Stephanie.
Soon ANGEL was bandaged and his body was already recovering. ANA had left the room, but returned and handed ANGEL a new shirt. She packed the medical supplies back in its case and put it on the table.
VI
Thanks for the help, Miss, but we really need to get back to our friends now.
ANA
Oh yeah. Sure thing. I'll drive you there.
STEPHANIE
Thank you so much for all you've done.
ANA
Anytime.
VI and STEPHANIE walked outside, followed by ANGEL who was walking on his own now. ANA left the house last and locked it up. Everyone went to ANA'S car, entered, and the car slowly pulled out of the driveway.
ACT THREE
32 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - NIGHT
GILES, WESLEY, MIKE, DAWN and the potential Slayers are all doing different things. Some are training for the battle, some are looking at weapons, some are reading over demon books, some are sleeping, some are eating, and some are listening to head phones. The Library would be command central, where all business would occur that would happen on the side of good. The Library would be the headquarters for them, as The Bronze was the headquarters for the vampires.
CHASTITY (in southern accent)
Why do you talk weird?
KENDRA (in her Caribbean accent)
I don’t talk weird.
CHASTITY (in southern accent)
Yeah you do.
KENDRA (in her Caribbean accent)
Well, so do you!
WESLEY
Girls, please don't fight.
KENNEDY
Faith, I loved the way you hit that vampire.
FAITH
Thanks. That ******* laid a hand on me and he got what was coming to him.
CARIDAD
Girl power all the way.
MIKE
HEY!
CARIDAD
Girl power and Mike I mean...
MIKE smiled and looked down at the book he was reading. He looked back up to take a quick glance at the girl who caught his attention. She was his age, if not a little older, and there was something exotic about her that attracted him to her. Plus she was nice and a good warrior, so what was there to not like? MIKE stood up and walked to CARIDAD who was sitting on the stairs. He sat next to her.
MIKE
Hey.
CARIDAD
Hey.
MIKE
I don't think we've been properly introduced. I'm Mike. (He extended his hand.)
CARIDAD
Hi, I'm Caridad. (She shook his hand.) So, what brings you the Hellmouth?
MIKE
I somehow slipped through a reality change and ended up here.
CARIDAD
You mean you don't know why you're here?
MIKE
Nope. One second we were sitting in the lobby of the hospital and the next second we were in this reality.
CARIDAD
We?
MIKE
Dawn, Stephanie, Vi and I.
CARIDAD
You're not getting what I'm saying, are you?
MIKE (laughing nervously)
No.
CARIDAD
How come everyone else in your reality was sucked into this one, except the four of you? Do you get me now?
MIKE
Oh...Yeah...That's a good question. (He stood up.) Giles!
GILES
What?
MIKE
Caridad just brought up a good point. Why were Dawn, Stephanie, Vi and I spared and the rest of our reality was sucked into yours correctly?
GILES
That's something I've overlooked. (He thinks for a second.) Do you have any amulets or something on you that could have caused you and your friends to be safe from coming into this reality incorrectly?
MIKE
Nope, all I have is this stupid medal.
MIKE took the medal he won earlier that day out of his pocket and put it on the stairs. GILES eyes grew wider when he saw the medal.
GILES
What is that medal made out of?
MIKE
Gold...Probably...
GILES
Gold! Yes! That's it! It makes sense!
CARIDAD
What makes sense?
GILES
When doing an alternate reality switching spell, the caster always wears something made of gold because the molecules in the gold reflect the magical energies in the air and allow the caster to travel through the realities correctly. By you having the medal and being in the same room with the others, you four were able to pass into our reality differently than the others.
MIKE
That does make sense.
WESLEY (walking up to them)
So everything is order. Now all we're doing is waiting for our last link in our battle, Buffy Summers.
DAWN
No. There's one more link we need besides my sister. Two links actually.
WESLEY
And what would that be?
DAWN
The Scythe.
26 INT. THE MASTER'S ROOM - NIGHT
For the second time that night, THE MASTER sat impatiently at his throne. He wanted to know if any of his children had killed his enemies. He was alerted by XANDER and WILLOW that they were in the building and that they escaped with ANGEL. However, he knew they did not get far and his minions probably found them and killed them. XANDER and WILLOW walked into the room, but this time THE MASTER didn't rise from his chair.
THE MASTER
Yes?
XANDER (sighing)
They got away.
THE MASTER
WHAT?! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!
XANDER
One of those guys from England showed up with those potential girls and they took us all out in a few minutes.
THE MASTER
What? Agents of the Watchers Council are here, now?
WILLOW
Yeah. This guy wasn't stuffy like the rest of them. He was definitely bite-able.
THE MASTER
What about the vampire? Did you at least bring him back?
XANDER
No, sir.
THE MASTER
This is very upsetting. I think the only thing we can do now is learn of their plans and beat them to the punch or just out number them.
XANDER
I guess that mean Willow and I will do some more spy work?
THE MASTER
Yes.
WILLOW (sarcastically)
Great...
THE MASTER
Do I sense attitude?
WILLOW
No, sir.
THE MASTER
Good. Now you to get going! Our plan is operational in less than 24 hours.
32 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - LATE NIGHT
GILES, WESLEY, ANGEL and the potential Slayers are seated around the table in the middle of the library. Everyone is all ears for what she has to say. DAWN is the only reliable source because she lived through this time period before.
DAWN
One night, Buffy battled a powerful evil named Caleb and managed to get a great Slayer weapon away from him.
GILES
This Scythe?
DAWN
Yes. We never found out what it really was. All we know is what this woman told Buffy before Caleb killed her. She said "one way or another, an end is truly near". She said that--
BUFFY
--What did I say?
Everyone turned their heads towards the entrance to the library. BUFFY SUMMERS stood in the doorway. She was wearing a man's clothes and had a crossbow slung over her shoulder. Scars were visible all over her face.
DAWN
Buffy...
BUFFY
Who the Hell are you and why are you quoting me?
GILES
Um...Miss Summers?
BUFFY
Yeah. That's me. You mind telling me what I'm doing here?
WILLOW and XANDER entered The Library through the back entrance. They stood behind book cases and kept out of site.
WESLEY
You don't know why you're here?
BUFFY
My Watcher told me Mr. Giles called and said my assistance was needed.
GILES
Sit down, Miss Summers; you have a lot to catch up on.
MIKE
I don't think we really have a lot time on our hands. I think we should just give it to her straight and easy. She can believe whatever she wants.
STEPHANIE
Mike's right. We're running out of time.
DAWN
Buffy, Mike, Stephanie, Vi and I are from another reality. In that reality I'm your sister and you lived a happy life in this town. Vampires have overrun this town and are planning something very evil and very bad tomorrow. We're the good guys; the vampires are the bad guys. Got it?
BUFFY
I think so. (She took the crossbow off her shoulder and put it on a table.) So, tell me where the vampires are, and I'll dust them.
ANGEL
Buffy...
BUFFY
Why does everyone keep saying my name like that? You all act like I'm the second coming.
VI
To us, you are the second coming.
GILES
Can we proceed with Dawn's speech?
BUFFY
Whatever...
DAWN
Wesley has agreed to bring in three very powerful witches from England . You've heard what I've had to say about evil and the Scythe. We need the Scythe if we're going to win the battle.
BUFFY
How about I just go get the Scythe myself and kick the crap out of anyone who tries to stop me?
DAWN
The Scythe is kept in solid rock at a Pagan Temple in the cemetery.
WILLOW and XANDER had heard enough. They slowly crept out of The Library and ran back to The Bronze to tell THE MASTER what the learned.
GILES
I suggest we go tomorrow.
BUFFY
We?
GILES
Yes, some of the potentials, you and I.
BUFFY
I work on my own, thanks.

CARIDAD is walking down the hallway. It's totally quiet and all you hear are her shoes hitting the ground as she walks. She crosses her arms across her chest, hugging her shirt closer to her body. MIKE walked up to her, startling her. CARIDAD jumps in surprise.
CARIDAD
God! You scared me!
MIKE
Sorry, I didn't mean too.
CARIDAD (sighing)
Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. It's just... (She shivers.)
MIKE
You're cold. (He takes off his hoody and gives it to her.) You can wear it if you like.
CARIDAD
Thanks. (She slips it on.) So...
MIKE
Yeah...
CARIDAD (laughing)
What else do you say during a situation like this? (She opens up a door to a geometry classroom and walks in.) It's weird...
MIKE
I guess so. I think the best thing to do is look at it as positively as possible. Looking at it negatively could affect you somehow and get you killed. Although I have seen you fight and it looks like you're ready for battle.
CARIDAD
How do I know if I'm ready for battle or not?
MIKE
I don't know. Just trust in yourself and the people around you.
CARIDAD
I'm so scared, Mike. I'm so young.
MIKE
Well, this is my first year doing this kinda stuff, so I'm right there with you.
CARIDAD
There's just so much I haven't done yet. I'm so young, I haven't done that much yet. I've never even had a real boyfriend...
MIKE
Yeah?
CARIDAD
I've never been with a man before. I could die tomorrow when we go to get that Scythe thing...and I'd have never been with a man.
MIKE

CARIDAD cuts him off by pressing her lips to his. The two stand frozen in time as they kiss each other passionately. Hands begin to wander and clothes are torn off before the two are making love.
26 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL HALLWAY - LATE NIGHT
BUFFY is walking down the same hallway when she hears the clatter in the geometry room. She smiled a perverted smile, but stops herself from walking in on MIKE and CARIDAD. BUFFY turns and bumps into ANGEL.
BUFFY
Jeez!
ANGEL
Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you.
BUFFY
Yeah...
ANGEL (hearing MIKE and CARIDAD in the other room)
Sounds like everyone is enjoying themselves tonight...
BUFFY
Yeah...I guess so...You want to have some fun of our own?
ANGEL
What?
BUFFY
Oh come on, just a quickie. I need to loosen up for the big fight tomorrow.
ANGEL
I...
BUFFY
Oh come on, you're a guy aren't you? This must be some whacked fantasy of yours.
ANGEL
Not like this...with you...no...
BUFFY (starting to walk away)
Fine then...
ANGEL (grabbing her arm)

ANGEL pulls BUFFY into a gentle embrace. He wants to make this a memorable experience with the woman he saw become vampire Slayer years ago, but BUFFY has an agenda of her own. She pulls him into another classroom and slams the door behind them. She throws on the table and before they know it, BUFFY and ANGEL are having sex as well.
ACT FOUR
32 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - EARLY MORNING
GILES, WESLEY, MIKE, STEPHANIE, VI, BUFFY, CARIDAD, KENDRA, KENNEDY, FAITH and the other potential Slayers all sit around the table again. DAWN is speaking to them again. The three powerful witches have arrived from England and are seated around the table as well.
DAWN
In an hour or so Buffy is going to take us down to the Pagan Temple where we will retrieve The Scythe. I hate this. I hate being the one everyone is looking at. (She laughs slightly.) I hate that there's evil, and that my sister was chosen to fight it. I know that a lot of you wish there wasn't evil in the world, that we could all live peacefully with each other. (She looks at CHASTITY and KENDRA.) This situation isn't about wishes. I believe that we can beat The Master and return my friends and I to our original reality. Tomorrow Buffy is going to lead us into a full scale attack against The Master and his army of vampires. Right now you're all wondering how we could possibly take out so many vampires with three Slayers. It's true. None of you have the power that Buffy, Stephanie and Vi do.
26 SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL MEN'S BATHROOM - EARLY MORNING
ANGEL cries out in pain, gripping his stomach and his heart. He falls to the ground, knocking a trash bin over. He cries out in pain again as something takes over his body. He shutters and shakes on the ground for a second, taking in hard breaths of unneeded air. Then he stops. He slowly stands to his feet. He turns towards the mirror and his face is in vampire form. ANGEL is now ANGELUS...
DAWN V.O.

ALEX was about to ask BUFFY out on a date when a VAMPIRE attacked during MIKE and DAWN'S training. MIKE won a metal for athletic achievements and went with VI and DAWN to the hospital. XANDER had a glass eye put in. FAITH and STEPHANIE talked about how she's feeling after killing her Uncle. WILLOW tried to enchant XANDER'S glass eye, but it backfired and sent everyone back into the WISHVERSE. THE MASTER found out that MIKE, DAWN, STEPHANIE and VI could stop his plans, so he sent VAMPIRES out to kill them.
TEASER
26 INT. SUMMERS RESIDENCE - NIGHT
DAWN, MIKE, STEPHANIE and VI stepped through the doorway of DAWN'S old home. DAWN and VI were very confused. SUNNYDALE was destroyed in the battle against THE FIRST EVIL. How was it possible it was there now? Another thing that bothered them was why the town was overrun by VAMPIRES. The house was destroyed, much like the rest of the town.
VI
Keep your guard up, you guys. There could be vampires in here.
STEPHANIE
I thought vampires could only come in houses with an invitation.
VI
That's true, but if the owner of the house is dead or the house is abandoned then vampires can come in on their own. If you're dealing with Turak-Hon vampires, they'd just beat the door down anyway. They don't need an invite.
MIKE
So, we're not safe in this house?
VI
Probably not.
DAWN
We should find the weapons chest. It should be in the living room because that's where Buffy keeps it.
VI
Stephanie and I will stay here and keep watch. You guys go get the weapons.
DAWN
Ok.
DAWN and MIKE walked into the living room, while STEPHANIE and VI stood in the parlor of the house. DAWN stopped seconds after she walked into the living room.
MIKE
What's wrong?
DAWN
These decorations...The furniture...The house was never decorated like this...
MIKE
Are you sure?
DAWN
I lived here for 17 years of my life. I think I'd know. (She walked to the place where the weapons chest was kept, but it's not there.) It's not here...
MIKE
Could it be somewhere else? (He picks up a broken picture frame. There's a name on the bottom.) I thought your last name was Summers? (He holds up the picture frame that says "Renolds" on it.)
DAWN
So, it's like we never lived here. (She sits down on a couch and thinks for a few seconds. She looks up at MIKE, her jaw dropping.) I think I remember!
MIKE (putting the frame back on the ground)
Remember what?
DAWN
I remember during Buffy's senior year at the High School, Anya was still a Vengeance Demon. Cordelia made a wish that Buffy never came to Sunnydale and this is what everything was like. I think we're back in that scary Wishverse.
MIKE
So, what do we do to get out of here?
Suddenly a loud crash fills the house. MIKE and DAWN run out of the living room and see STEPHANIE and VI fighting two VAMPIRES in the hallway. STEPHANIE kicks a VAMPIRE in the stomach and knocks him into the wooden railing of the steps. It breaks and sharp pieces of wood fall to the floor. STEPHANIE picks one up and stakes the VAMPIRE in the heart. She tosses the stake to VI, who catches it and stakes the VAMPIRE she was fighting.
DAWN
Ok, everyone out. We need to get somewhere safe.
DAWN, MIKE, STEPHANIE and VI leave the house and approach the car. They get in and MIKE starts the car.
MIKE (pulling out of the drive way)
Have any place in mind?
DAWN
The Library...

ACT ONE
32 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - NIGHT
The only place in SUNNYDALE that isn't destroyed - The High School Library. Thousands of books line the shelves and weapons are strewn about the room. GILES walks down from the stacks, putting a few books down on the table. LARRY and OZ run into the room from a back entrance.
GILES
What happened?
OZ
Some vampires jumped us outside.
GILES
Nancy ?
LARRY
They got her.
GILES
Damn it. (He turns back to the books.) There's barely any humans left in this town anymore. Something big is going to happen. The vampires are gathering closer and closer to The Master as the months go by.
OZ
What about that girl? Didn't you say that a girl could help us? Buffy?
GILES
Yes, Buffy Summers could help us, but it seems that she hasn't contacted her Watcher in nearly three weeks. I think the Slayer would be the only person capable of taking care of this problem.
DAWN, MIKE, STEPHANIE and VI walk into The Library. GILES, LARRY and OZ tense up; GILES reaches for an ax.
DAWN
Whoa! Whoa! Calm down, Giles!
GILES
How do you know my name?
DAWN
You don't know me?
OZ
Are they vampires?
GILES
I...I don't know...
MIKE
We're not vampires, trust me. We're some of the few people left alive in this town. You asked for a Slayer? Well, you're in luck. We have 2 of them.
GILES
What?
VI
Hello, Mr. Giles. I'm Vi. I know you don't know me, but I'm a Slayer. I think you should sit down and I can clearly explain the importance of us being here to you.
GILES
I'll stand, thank you.
VI
Ok, well, how do I start this? We're from another reality. In our reality, there are hundreds of Slayers. Buffy Summers gained a powerful Slayer weapon and with the help of Willow Rosenburg, she made every potential Slayer into a Slayer.
OZ
How do you know about Willow Rosenburg?
VI
In our reality she is a very powerful good witch. We wouldn't have survived the battle against The First Evil without her.
GILES
The First Evil? You fought The First Evil?
VI
Well, we didn't fight him per say. The First Evil can't be touched. What he did try to do was open up the Hellmouth and let all the Turak-Hon vampires out.
GILES
How do you know about all this?
STEPHANIE
She told you already...We're from another reality.
DAWN
I'm Buffy Summers's sister, Dawn. Giles, I know you. You were my father figure growing up because my father wasn't around. You were a father to Buffy too.
GILES
I was?
DAWN
Why don't you sit down, Giles. I have a lot to tell you about.
XANDER and WILLOW watched from the stacks. When they knew enough information, they slipped out the back entrance, unnoticed.
26 INT. THE MASTER'S ROOM - NIGHT
THE MASTER sat impatiently, tapping his fingers on the arm of his throne. He stood up and walked into the main room, where VAMPIRES were partying. That's the one thing THE MASTER hated about The Bronze, the constant noise. He walked up to a cage that held a middle-aged man.
THE MASTER
He'll have to do.
THE MASTER unlocked the cage and pulled the helpless man out. He pulled him to his feet and buried his fangs into the mans' neck. A few seconds later, he let the dead body drop to the floor. XANDER and WILLOW entered The Bronze, arm in arm.
THE MASTER
I thought I told you two to go find those brats.
XANDER
We did, boss. They were at The Library.
THE MASTER
...And you didn't stop them?
WILLOW
Those two Slayers were with them.
THE MASTER (sighing)
Did you kill anyone? Did you find any useful information? Anything?
XANDER
We found out a whole lot.
WILLOW
It turns out those two Slayers were from a different reality like we thought. In that reality there are lots of Slayers because Buffy Summers did a spell with...well...me...and made all potential Slayers into Slayers. They never told how they got here, but it seems that in their reality, everything is happy and nice...for them...
THE MASTER
These children can be a great flaw in our plans. I want you to kill these children at all costs.
HARMONY and DRUSILLA walk into the room. They both bow respectfully.
THE MASTER
Yes?
DRUSILLA
Two of our brothers disappeared; I think the children got to them.
HARMONY
We were looking for the kids you were talking about and I think they killed some of the vampires you assigned us.
THE MASTER
These kids are really beginning to get on my nerves. Have Vanny and Alex checked in yet?
XANDER
I don't think so. I haven't heard anything.
WILLOW
Me either.
DRUSILLA
We did meet a new play mate.
HARMONY
There was a vampire on the streets that we ran into. She said she'd be happy to look for the children.
THE MASTER
Is she here?
HARMONY
Yes.
THE MASTER
Send her in...
HARMONY (screaming)
Sheila, get in here!
SHEILA walked through a heavy curtain and entered the room. She looked at THE MASTER, without bowing. She crossed her arms across her chest.
THE MASTER
You're new here. You need to learn the rules quickly. (He waved his hand and he brought SHEILA to her knees with a telekinetic ability.) Much better.
30 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - NIGHT
GILES, LARRY, OZ, DAWN, STEPHANIE, MIKE and VI are sitting around the large table next to the stacks. GILES'S face drops when he hears the plan VI is telling him.
GILES
That's insane!
VI
It could work! They won't even know we're there!
GILES
How do you know that?
VI
Because we'll be careful.
GILES
So, you're saying you four will go into The Bronze and rescue a vampire with a soul so he can come fight on our side?
MIKE
The more fighters on our side the better.
DAWN
I'm all for it. I'm not about to leave Angel in there where they torture him.
GILES (sighs)
There's nothing I can do to stop you, is there?
STEPHANIE
Nope, not really.
OZ
I'll come with you guys.
VI
No. I don't want any other people there. If we fail, I want some people to still be here and continue what we failed.
OZ
Ok then. I guess I'm staying here.
VI
We'll be back...I promise...
VI, STEPHANIE, MIKE and DAWN stood from the table. They walked up the stairs, through the stacks, and out the back way. GILES sighs. LARRY looks up at him.
LARRY
You really think they can pull this off?
GILES
God, I hope so.
WESLEY
Maybe we can be a second hope if they don't.
GILES, OZ and LARRY turned their heads. Standing in the doorway to The Library stood Wesley and 20 potential Slayers.
ACT TWO
26 INT. THE BRONZE'S BACK ROOM - NIGHT
ANGEL sat in a cold corner of the jail cell holding him in the back of The Bronze. He pulled at the opening of his shirt until the buttons were gone and he could see the injuries that he had suffered minutes before. Blood and burns covered his body and he shuttered at the thought of staying in this torturous Hell forever. A loud noise, the sound of glass breaking, filled the room. ANGEL closed his eyes and prayed that today wasn't Willow 's "Glass Day". He heard small footsteps approaching and he bravely opened his eyes to greet the vampire, or so he thought.
ANGEL
Who are you?
DAWN
We're here to help you, Angel.
ANGEL
How do you know my name?
DAWN
I can explain to you on the way back to The Library, but right now we have to get you out of here.
MIKE (looking around the room)
Do you know where the key is?
ANGEL
It should be hanging on the wall.
MIKE (looking at the wall)
It's not here.
ANGEL
She must have taken it with her.
STEPHANIE
I don't mean to be annoying, but we need to hurry.
DAWN
Vi, do you think you can kick the door open?
VI
I can try. How hard are the bars?
ANGEL
Stainless steel. I don't know if you can--
VI swings around and sends a powerful round-house kick into the lock of the jail cell. The lock breaks and the door slowly swings open. VI and MIKE walk into the jail cell and help ANGEL to his feet. STEPHANIE walks into the jail cell and stands next to MIKE. They switch positions, so ANGEL can lean on STEPHANIE and VI, the stronger ones in the group.
DAWN
We need to get him out of here. Angel, do you think you can fit through that window?
ANGEL
Probably. I might need a little help though.
MIKE
Good, let's get out of here. (He turns to leave, but almost steps on a dog.) What a cute dog! (He picks the dog up.) Wait a minute...
DAWN
Didn't Alex have a dog like that?
ALEX
Yes, Alex does. (He steps out of the shadows.) You aren't leaving here with the vampire. My Sire would be unhappy, and I can't let that happen.
STEPHANIE
You're talking to two Slayers. Do you really think you can take us all on your own?
ALEX
No...Not really...But I think we can...
ALEX steps back so the door to the back room can be seen. WILLOW, XANDER, HARMONY, DRUSILLA, VANNY and SHEILA stand behind ALEX. They all growl as their faces turn into the faces of vampires.
VI
Allow me to take care of this.
VI leaves ANGEL'S side, almost causing him to fall on the ground. She grabs ALEX by the neck and tosses him into the other vampires. They all fall down in the hallway and VI closes the door, locking it.
MIKE
That's not going to hold them for long.
VI
I know. Come on.
VI, STEPHANIE, ANGEL, MIKE and DAWN all hurry towards the back of the room. MIKE puts ALEX'S dog in the jail cell, just in case. ANGEL slips out the window first, followed by STEPHANIE and MIKE. VI jumps through the window next, and is followed DAWN. They've all escaped out the window as the door breaks open and the vampires flood the room.
30 EXT. ALLEY OUTSIDE THE BRONZE - NIGHT
DAWN and MIKE are running in the lead. VI and STEPHANIE are still helping an injured ANGEL run down the alley. They are lagging behind a bit. MIKE turns back and sees the girls that the girls are having a hard time carrying ANGEL.
MIKE
You guys have to move faster. We have to keep running.
ANGEL
Just leave me. I can find a way back on my own.
VI
No. You're injured. I'm not leaving you.
STEPHANIE
I have to agree with Mike on this one. There are hundreds of vampires lurking around out here. If they find us, they'll easily over-power us.
DAWN
You're right, but we can't leave Angel here. There has to be some way to get him back to The Library.
VI
We just have to keep running. As long as we're still putting distance between us and them, we'll be fine.
The sound of many footsteps fills the alley as 20 vampires fill the alley at both exits. 10 vampires guard the entrance, 10 vampires guard the exit. The vampires growl as they begin to move in closer on the five Scoobies. A vampire is just about to grab MIKE from behind when an arrow impales his hand. Both sides, vampires and Slayers are surprised. They look to the source of the arrow, where they see GILES standing on top of a smaller building, surrounded by 10 potential Slayers. Among the potential Slayers are KENNEDY, CARIDAD, KENDRA and FAITH.
DAWN
Giles.
MIKE
Thank God.
GILES and the potential Slayers jump off the building and land between ANGEL'S rescuers and the vampires. The vampires don't back up, unafraid of a few girls and a Watcher carrying a crossbow.
FAITH
Fine, we can do it your way! The hard way!
DAWN
Faith?
FAITH
Who the hell are you?
A VAMPIRE jumps forward and punches FAITH in the face. She nearly falls to the ground, but her anger and aggression are a powerful source of strength. She quickly recovers and kicks the vampire in the crotch. She swings her hand back and delivers a powerful slap to the vampire.
STEPHANIE (scared)
Does this mean we fight?
Both sides suddenly rushed at each other. VI quickly brought ANGEL to a box in the alley and sat him down on it, then she quickly ran back into the battle. STEPHANIE kicks a vampire in the face, as CARIDAD punches a vampire square in the nose. GILES fires his crossbow into another vampire, dusting it. VI takes out her good old hunting knife and starts slicing the vampires into pieces. KENDRA back flips and kicks a vampire in the face. KENNEDY grabs a vampire and throws it into the wall. CHASTITY smacks a vampire and kicks him in the shin. MIKE punches a vampire hard in the gut and tosses him to the floor. DAWN grabs a piece of wood off the floor and beats a vampire in the head with it. She pushes the vampire into a good position and buries the wood into the vampire’s heart. The battle ended quickly, as the vampires were no match for the potential Slayers, GILES, and the Scoobies from another reality.
DAWN
Giles, Angel's hurt. We need to get him to a hospital or something.
GILES
Angel, as in Angelus?
DAWN
Yes, it's just one more of the many things I still need to explain to you, but right now we don't have time. More vampires will come out here when their friends don't come back.
GILES
Alright, everyone! Let's move out!
A car pulls up in the alley and a girl runs out of the car. She's very familiar to the group, although they've never really talked to her.
ANA
Did you say someone was hurt?
DAWN
Yes, our friend is hurt badly.
ANA
I'm a nurse! I can take you back to my house and I can try to nurse his wounds into better shape!
MIKE
Can we trust her, Giles?
GILES
Doesn't look like we have a choice to trust and not trust unless they are walking around in vampire face. (He thinks.) Vi, Stephanie, go with Angel and this woman in case she is evil. Dawn and Mike, you come back to the Library with me and the other potential Slayers.
STEPHANIE
Ok then.
VI and STEPHANIE help ANGEL off the box he was seated on and into ANA'S car. They put him in the back seat of the car. ANA gets in the drivers seat and VI and STEPHANIE smooch into the passengers seat. A second later, ANA stars the car and they drive off. Meanwhile, MIKE and DAWN start walking back to The Library with GILES and the others.
26 INT. ANA'S HOUSE - NIGHT
The door to ANA'S house bursts open as everyone floods into the house. ANA points to the living room and VI and STEPHANIE drag ANGEL to a couch. ANGEL lies on the couch and breathes a sigh of pain. ANA hurries into the living room moments later with a first aid kit and other medical supplies.
ANA
Some of this might hurt, Mr...?
ANGEL
Angel...Just call me Angel...
ANA
Ok, Angel. Some of the medical treatments will probably burn a little bit, but that just means they're doing their job.
ANA pulled away ANGEL'S ripped and dirty shirt and dropped it on the floor. She looked over his chest which was covered in burns, bruises, cuts, scrapes, and puncture wounds. She started bandaging and nursing any wounds he had. She started at his head and moved down his arms and his chest. About 20 minutes later she was almost done when she noticed a wound she shouldn't go to, but had to.
ANA
Uh...Can you guys do me a favor and turn around? There's a wound here that's around some place you shouldn't see.
STEPHANIE
What place...OOOHHHH...
VI
Just turn around, Stephanie.
Soon ANGEL was bandaged and his body was already recovering. ANA had left the room, but returned and handed ANGEL a new shirt. She packed the medical supplies back in its case and put it on the table.
VI
Thanks for the help, Miss, but we really need to get back to our friends now.
ANA
Oh yeah. Sure thing. I'll drive you there.
STEPHANIE
Thank you so much for all you've done.
ANA
Anytime.
VI and STEPHANIE walked outside, followed by ANGEL who was walking on his own now. ANA left the house last and locked it up. Everyone went to ANA'S car, entered, and the car slowly pulled out of the driveway.
ACT THREE
32 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - NIGHT
GILES, WESLEY, MIKE, DAWN and the potential Slayers are all doing different things. Some are training for the battle, some are looking at weapons, some are reading over demon books, some are sleeping, some are eating, and some are listening to head phones. The Library would be command central, where all business would occur that would happen on the side of good. The Library would be the headquarters for them, as The Bronze was the headquarters for the vampires.
CHASTITY (in southern accent)
Why do you talk weird?
KENDRA (in her Caribbean accent)
I don’t talk weird.
CHASTITY (in southern accent)
Yeah you do.
KENDRA (in her Caribbean accent)
Well, so do you!
WESLEY
Girls, please don't fight.
KENNEDY
Faith, I loved the way you hit that vampire.
FAITH
Thanks. That ******* laid a hand on me and he got what was coming to him.
CARIDAD
Girl power all the way.
MIKE
HEY!
CARIDAD
Girl power and Mike I mean...
MIKE smiled and looked down at the book he was reading. He looked back up to take a quick glance at the girl who caught his attention. She was his age, if not a little older, and there was something exotic about her that attracted him to her. Plus she was nice and a good warrior, so what was there to not like? MIKE stood up and walked to CARIDAD who was sitting on the stairs. He sat next to her.
MIKE
Hey.
CARIDAD
Hey.
MIKE
I don't think we've been properly introduced. I'm Mike. (He extended his hand.)
CARIDAD
Hi, I'm Caridad. (She shook his hand.) So, what brings you the Hellmouth?
MIKE
I somehow slipped through a reality change and ended up here.
CARIDAD
You mean you don't know why you're here?
MIKE
Nope. One second we were sitting in the lobby of the hospital and the next second we were in this reality.
CARIDAD
We?
MIKE
Dawn, Stephanie, Vi and I.
CARIDAD
You're not getting what I'm saying, are you?
MIKE (laughing nervously)
No.
CARIDAD
How come everyone else in your reality was sucked into this one, except the four of you? Do you get me now?
MIKE
Oh...Yeah...That's a good question. (He stood up.) Giles!
GILES
What?
MIKE
Caridad just brought up a good point. Why were Dawn, Stephanie, Vi and I spared and the rest of our reality was sucked into yours correctly?
GILES
That's something I've overlooked. (He thinks for a second.) Do you have any amulets or something on you that could have caused you and your friends to be safe from coming into this reality incorrectly?
MIKE
Nope, all I have is this stupid medal.
MIKE took the medal he won earlier that day out of his pocket and put it on the stairs. GILES eyes grew wider when he saw the medal.
GILES
What is that medal made out of?

GILES
When doing an alternate reality switching spell, the caster always wears something made of gold because the molecules in the gold reflect the magical energies in the air and allow the caster to travel through the realities correctly. By you having the medal and being in the same room with the others, you four were able to pass into our reality differently than the others.
MIKE
That does make sense.
WESLEY (walking up to them)
So everything is order. Now all we're doing is waiting for our last link in our battle, Buffy Summers.
DAWN
No. There's one more link we need besides my sister. Two links actually.
WESLEY
And what would that be?
DAWN
The Scythe.
26 INT. THE MASTER'S ROOM - NIGHT
For the second time that night, THE MASTER sat impatiently at his throne. He wanted to know if any of his children had killed his enemies. He was alerted by XANDER and WILLOW that they were in the building and that they escaped with ANGEL. However, he knew they did not get far and his minions probably found them and killed them. XANDER and WILLOW walked into the room, but this time THE MASTER didn't rise from his chair.
THE MASTER
Yes?
XANDER (sighing)
They got away.
THE MASTER
WHAT?! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?!
XANDER
One of those guys from England showed up with those potential girls and they took us all out in a few minutes.
THE MASTER
What? Agents of the Watchers Council are here, now?
WILLOW
Yeah. This guy wasn't stuffy like the rest of them. He was definitely bite-able.
THE MASTER
What about the vampire? Did you at least bring him back?
XANDER
No, sir.
THE MASTER
This is very upsetting. I think the only thing we can do now is learn of their plans and beat them to the punch or just out number them.
XANDER
I guess that mean Willow and I will do some more spy work?
THE MASTER
Yes.
WILLOW (sarcastically)

THE MASTER
Do I sense attitude?
WILLOW
No, sir.
THE MASTER
Good. Now you to get going! Our plan is operational in less than 24 hours.
32 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - LATE NIGHT
GILES, WESLEY, ANGEL and the potential Slayers are seated around the table in the middle of the library. Everyone is all ears for what she has to say. DAWN is the only reliable source because she lived through this time period before.
DAWN
One night, Buffy battled a powerful evil named Caleb and managed to get a great Slayer weapon away from him.
GILES
This Scythe?
DAWN
Yes. We never found out what it really was. All we know is what this woman told Buffy before Caleb killed her. She said "one way or another, an end is truly near". She said that--
BUFFY
--What did I say?
Everyone turned their heads towards the entrance to the library. BUFFY SUMMERS stood in the doorway. She was wearing a man's clothes and had a crossbow slung over her shoulder. Scars were visible all over her face.
DAWN
Buffy...
BUFFY
Who the Hell are you and why are you quoting me?
GILES
Um...Miss Summers?
BUFFY
Yeah. That's me. You mind telling me what I'm doing here?
WILLOW and XANDER entered The Library through the back entrance. They stood behind book cases and kept out of site.
WESLEY
You don't know why you're here?
BUFFY
My Watcher told me Mr. Giles called and said my assistance was needed.
GILES
Sit down, Miss Summers; you have a lot to catch up on.
MIKE
I don't think we really have a lot time on our hands. I think we should just give it to her straight and easy. She can believe whatever she wants.
STEPHANIE
Mike's right. We're running out of time.
DAWN
Buffy, Mike, Stephanie, Vi and I are from another reality. In that reality I'm your sister and you lived a happy life in this town. Vampires have overrun this town and are planning something very evil and very bad tomorrow. We're the good guys; the vampires are the bad guys. Got it?
BUFFY
I think so. (She took the crossbow off her shoulder and put it on a table.) So, tell me where the vampires are, and I'll dust them.
ANGEL
Buffy...
BUFFY
Why does everyone keep saying my name like that? You all act like I'm the second coming.
VI
To us, you are the second coming.
GILES
Can we proceed with Dawn's speech?
BUFFY
Whatever...
DAWN
Wesley has agreed to bring in three very powerful witches from England . You've heard what I've had to say about evil and the Scythe. We need the Scythe if we're going to win the battle.
BUFFY
How about I just go get the Scythe myself and kick the crap out of anyone who tries to stop me?
DAWN
The Scythe is kept in solid rock at a Pagan Temple in the cemetery.
WILLOW and XANDER had heard enough. They slowly crept out of The Library and ran back to The Bronze to tell THE MASTER what the learned.
GILES
I suggest we go tomorrow.
BUFFY
We?
GILES
Yes, some of the potentials, you and I.
BUFFY
I work on my own, thanks.
DAWN
The only way we're going to survive this is if we work together. We have to be together in this. Either you're with us, or you're against us.
BUFFY (rolling her eyes)

26 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL HALLWAY - LATE NIGHT
CARIDAD is walking down the hallway. It's totally quiet and all you hear are her shoes hitting the ground as she walks. She crosses her arms across her chest, hugging her shirt closer to her body. MIKE walked up to her, startling her. CARIDAD jumps in surprise.
CARIDAD
God! You scared me!
MIKE
Sorry, I didn't mean too.
CARIDAD (sighing)
Yeah, I know. I'm sorry. It's just... (She shivers.)
MIKE
You're cold. (He takes off his hoody and gives it to her.) You can wear it if you like.
CARIDAD
Thanks. (She slips it on.) So...
MIKE
Yeah...
CARIDAD (laughing)
What else do you say during a situation like this? (She opens up a door to a geometry classroom and walks in.) It's weird...
MIKE
I guess so. I think the best thing to do is look at it as positively as possible. Looking at it negatively could affect you somehow and get you killed. Although I have seen you fight and it looks like you're ready for battle.
CARIDAD
How do I know if I'm ready for battle or not?
MIKE
I don't know. Just trust in yourself and the people around you.
CARIDAD
I'm so scared, Mike. I'm so young.
MIKE
Well, this is my first year doing this kinda stuff, so I'm right there with you.
CARIDAD
There's just so much I haven't done yet. I'm so young, I haven't done that much yet. I've never even had a real boyfriend...
MIKE
Yeah?
CARIDAD
I've never been with a man before. I could die tomorrow when we go to get that Scythe thing...and I'd have never been with a man.
MIKE
Well...
CARIDAD cuts him off by pressing her lips to his. The two stand frozen in time as they kiss each other passionately. Hands begin to wander and clothes are torn off before the two are making love.
26 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL HALLWAY - LATE NIGHT
BUFFY is walking down the same hallway when she hears the clatter in the geometry room. She smiled a perverted smile, but stops herself from walking in on MIKE and CARIDAD. BUFFY turns and bumps into ANGEL.
BUFFY
Jeez!
ANGEL
Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you.
BUFFY
Yeah...
ANGEL (hearing MIKE and CARIDAD in the other room)
Sounds like everyone is enjoying themselves tonight...
BUFFY
Yeah...I guess so...You want to have some fun of our own?
ANGEL
What?
BUFFY
Oh come on, just a quickie. I need to loosen up for the big fight tomorrow.
ANGEL
I...
BUFFY
Oh come on, you're a guy aren't you? This must be some whacked fantasy of yours.
ANGEL

BUFFY (starting to walk away)

ANGEL pulls BUFFY into a gentle embrace. He wants to make this a memorable experience with the woman he saw become vampire Slayer years ago, but BUFFY has an agenda of her own. She pulls him into another classroom and slams the door behind them. She throws on the table and before they know it, BUFFY and ANGEL are having sex as well.
ACT FOUR
32 INT. SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY - EARLY MORNING
GILES, WESLEY, MIKE, STEPHANIE, VI, BUFFY, CARIDAD, KENDRA, KENNEDY, FAITH and the other potential Slayers all sit around the table again. DAWN is speaking to them again. The three powerful witches have arrived from England and are seated around the table as well.
DAWN
In an hour or so Buffy is going to take us down to the Pagan Temple where we will retrieve The Scythe. I hate this. I hate being the one everyone is looking at. (She laughs slightly.) I hate that there's evil, and that my sister was chosen to fight it. I know that a lot of you wish there wasn't evil in the world, that we could all live peacefully with each other. (She looks at CHASTITY and KENDRA.) This situation isn't about wishes. I believe that we can beat The Master and return my friends and I to our original reality. Tomorrow Buffy is going to lead us into a full scale attack against The Master and his army of vampires. Right now you're all wondering how we could possibly take out so many vampires with three Slayers. It's true. None of you have the power that Buffy, Stephanie and Vi do.
26 SUNNYDALE HIGH SCHOOL MEN'S BATHROOM - EARLY MORNING
ANGEL cries out in pain, gripping his stomach and his heart. He falls to the ground, knocking a trash bin over. He cries out in pain again as something takes over his body. He shutters and shakes on the ground for a second, taking in hard breaths of unneeded air. Then he stops. He slowly stands to his feet. He turns towards the mirror and his face is in vampire form. ANGEL is now ANGELUS...
