Imdb says that she voices Miranda Keyes.

Funny, because it was credited to another famous actress earlier..I forget who now...Oh right Laura Prepon from That 70's Show. She's a huge fan. Miranda Keys sounds NOTHING like Julie Benz and really I'm going to look at my Halo 2 credits to confirm that because if she's not on the game credits...it's not her.

Michelle Rodrigeuz was also a voice actor for both Halo and Halo 2, as Cortana, but she isn't credited on IMDB, only on the game credits.
