New Quote Feature

We now have a random quote on the main page at the top. You can add your own quotes to it (Buffy/Angel/Whedonverse only though please). Quotes have to be approved before they will show up. Please check your quote for accuracy before adding it.

I love this feature on After-Darkness but I haven't really added any, just one or two. :) I always read them though.

I have found myself looking forward to which one will be displayed. It's a great idea. And you can have a few chuckles while you're at it.

Everyone, please:

The quote author is the person who said it, not your username.

You don't need to put quotation marks or the name of the person saying the quote (unless it's more than one person) in the box when you type it in.

Oh, and can we use BTVS in all caps for Buffy so they're all the same :)

Ok, is anybody else a big old freak who keeps refreshing the main page just to read the quotes? Lol.

Anyway, Let me make sure I've got this: It goes: Quote without quotation marks in the "Quote text" box, and then the quote author, series and "Episode title" in the quote author box, yes?

And if the quote has more than one person speaking, you don't need to re-iterate their names as the quote author.

I haven't had time to sort through them all, since I have to reformat and error-check most that come in.

It means that when I have time I will go through them all.

But it would help if people made the effort to put them in the correct format and checked them ahead of time for accurateness so I didn't have to.
