Every site but the Buffy ones say it's Eva Green who's been cast in the Bond girl role.

Eva Green plays the main bond girl, Vesper Lynd, and Ivana Milicevic plays a minor character who Bond has a fling with.

Every woman in a Bond movie is a Bond girl. Besides, Ivana's imdb section doesn't list it.
