Spike attacks Buffy — despite the chip in his head that is supposed to defuse his violence. Then, the Slayer's framed for murder by nerdy nemeses Andrew, Warren and Jonathan.

Feel free to speculate about this weeks episode! :D

From the previews it looks pretty good, but I've been trying to figure out if that girl Buffy "kills" is Amy? It looks like her, but then it doesn't. I dont think it is though. I'm looking foward to it and hope it's going to be better than last week's "Doublemeat Palace." Just didn't think it was that great of an ep.

I think that she does kill Amy, didn't you notice at the end of Double-Meat Palace that Amy was a little "I'm Going To Get You" looking?

Well, I just figured she would go straight after Willow. Unless trying to hurt Buffy would hurt Willow. I don't know. I just didn't think the whole Amy thing would end so soon. Like it might drag on a bit longer between her and Willow. I guess we'll see on Tuesday! :)

I didn't see this whole episode so I'm not to clear on what all was happening but I really got angry with Dawn. She was being very selfish when Buffy told her that she was going to turn herself into the police. What did Dawn want? Buffy to not care at all because that wouldn't be a good thing.

I liked this episode better than the last few.

There seemed to be more going on, like there was more subtext or something.

And Warren is creep of the year.

The way Jonathan acted when Warren said "we got away with murder. cool." made me think that he may break away from the rest of the nerds. I think he actually feels bad about Katrina getting killed and making Buffy think it was her.

Wow, I really enjoyed this episode. I'm really glad that Buffy knows that something is wrong her.. maybe not physically, like she thought (because of the resurrection spell), but how she behaves. Spike is absolutely not the right guy for her, in my opinion. And am I the only one who thought Spike was definitely like Faith in the scene in the alley? Comparisons: He dumped the body in a body of water and asked Buffy how many people has she saved and when it comes to what she does, it doesn't really matter. Faith told Buffy these things when they accidently staked and killed the Deputy Mayor in "Bad Girls"/"Consequences".

Dude.. I love Adam Busch, but Warren is getting scary! Warren is really getting evil and I'm glad that atleast Andrew and Jonathan realize that!

I'm really starting to hate Dawn now. She is being so freakin' selfish. I guess if I was in that situation I'd act like that, but I don't think I'd be that dramatic and radical.

Funny stuff (ones that I can remember right now):
- Buffy coming home, sees Dawn and Xander dances and asks if they're singing again
- Andrew's heave after drinking the alchohol and then saying "Crime tastes funny".
- Jonathan and Andrew chanting "Bazoombas!" over the microphone.. hilarious!!!

Can someone give me the low down on what happened in this one? Cause I missed it.

The Buffy/Spike scene at the Bronze was one of the best so far. Talk about dominating! I also think it might be a clue to what Buffy will be like in the season ahead...

from buffyguide.com

Buffy investigates why Spike is able to attack her despite the chip in his head. Meanwhile, the three geeks frame the Slayer for murder.

I thought this ep was OK. To tell you the truth, I'm getting really sick of the Buffy/Spike sex scenes, it's just a repeat of the same type of thing and to be frank, we've got the picture already! Saying this, in tonights ep, Buffy realises something is wrong and hopefully she'll stop. On the good side of this ep, it was nice seeing Willow and Tara talking again, and it was interesting hearing what Dawn thinks about Buffy never being around. Overall, I thought this ep was ok, but there have been better eps this season

gotta say i'm quite enjoying the whole buffy/spike thing(sex scenes and all).its been the only thing keeping buffy interesting over the last month.so tonight was major payback.the first episode in ages to give me hope all is not lost this season.

It has been the complete opposite for me. I'm not enjoying the whole Buffy/Spike thing, and lose interest very quickly when they are on the screen.

What has kept the season going for me has been Willow/Tara and especially The Trokia! So for me this episode was great, finally we get to see a darker side to them rather than the geek jokes! Warren is really coming into it - and i have to admit he looked good in that suit!!! Why do i always like the evil ones??

and does anybody else think the band music has become a bit too overbearing this season ?is this anything to do with fox.sometimes seems like a showcase.

I agree with you, it getting very repetitive. I can't believe I'm saying this but I really am just losing interest in the show altogether, its the same bloody thing every week ::water:: Buffy' always depressed, dawn acts like an 8 yr old and willows going on about not using magic. Oh yeh I forgot the buffy/spike lets shag anywhere thing. Its so monotonous! ::fire::

I really hope they sort it out because season 6 has been a disappointment for me. I had high hopes that after the musical eppy they would lighten things up a bit and get back to cool buffy but its just deteriorating. There isn'tany focus at all and even if they gave some sort of explanation for why buffy/spike are always getting it on it just wasn' good enough. Its always about buffy going on about how shes in hell, blah blah.Enough already!

It was more interesting when Riley was in it!!!! Please please get better! I'm not saying every ep is complete rubbish but they need to get some storylines.I'm beginning to think all the good writers are over at angel!

Angel has been so much better and I prefer it to buffy now.

I think the frist few episodes of season 6 (up to and including 'Gone', roughly) were amazing but season 6 from then on has been a bit disappointing but buffy is still my favourite programme! The writers just need to get their act together coz buffy has always prided itself on good stories and good acting! They just need the stories! :D

I thought "Dead Things" was a pretty good episode. My favorite scene was hands down at the end when Buffy tells Tara of all people what she's feeling... I think Tara's character was taken for granted a lot. She was so grounded and was a really good listener. *Sniff* :(
Oh yeah, and my OTHER favorite scene is when Buffy goes to Spike's crypt and they stand on opposite sides of his door... so cute. Plus, Bush's "Out Of This World" really works for it.
