Funny, I saw this thread at BB yetserday but didn't bother to read it. This morning however, on the way to school, I was reading in one of those free magazines/newspapers about two Swedish directors making a movie with SMG. So I felt I had to post this :)

Hoping to continue her winning streak in the genre business, Sarah Michelle Gellar has signed to star in the Hitchcockian thriller "Addicted."

The independently financed project centers on a woman whose husband and brother-in-law both end up in a coma after an accident. When the brother awakes, claiming to be her husband, she must try to understand the reality, suspecting something more sinister is at work.

The story is based on the 2002 South Korean film "Jungdok." Swedish filmmakers Joel Bergvall and Simon Sandquist will direct. The film is set for an October start.

Gellar, former star of the TV series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," will be in theaters October 13 with "The Grudge 2" and then November 10 with the supernatural thriller "The Return." She recently wrapped production on "The Girls' Guide to Hunting and Fishing."

Well we certainly can not get enough SMG so I am very happy about this. She really seems to be leaning towards the supernatural thriller type projects...interestingly! LOL
