Season five not only opened with a slew of new characters, but it opened with a very interesting premiere, revolving around Angel's decision about Connor and his resulting issues with parenthood!

Talk about this episode in general.

I liked the reintroduction of Harmony. I think that she was a great addition.

I'll have to rewatch it. It Cordelia mentioned at any time in this episode?

Whenever anyone mentions this ep to me all I can think of is that best Angel moment ever. Ok maybe not the best but it was the moment that made me laugh the most and that was the ending. When Spike appears and you see Wesley saying Spike in a slightly doubtful voice and then Angel saying his name like his about to rip his bits off and feed them to him and then when Harmony sticks her head through the door and is all like blondie bear? It's a classic!

Cordelia is mentioned when Harmony is first introduced.

HARMONY: We're gonna get along great, boss. The whole gang. I mean, Cordy is gonna lose it when she finds out— (notices reaction) I mean...you are gonna tell her you're OK with this, right? I mean, I know she was mad at me for trying to kill you all, but she wouldn't—I mean...

WESLEY: I thought she knew.

ANGEL: Cordy's sick. She's in a coma.

HARMONY: (upset) Oh. God, I—I didn't... What happened? Is she gonna be OK?

ANGEL: We don't know.

HARMONY: (still upset) Cordy was my best friend, like... my whole life. She's my role model. How can she... (snaps back to chipper) So, anyway, I really think you should not fire me, and Wes does, too.

WESLEY: Harmony, would you ask the men in my office to join us, please?

HARMONY: Righty-ho. (exits)

WESLEY: (to Angel) If there's a way to help Cordelia, we will find it.

After that, she isn't really mentioned or seen until You're Welcome.

Well back to the episode, I didn't really like this one. It was kinda boring actually. I mean there was no Cordelia, no Connor, no Lilah, and Spike didn't even show up till the very end. The absense of Cordy was VERY noticeable in this episode and the introduction of Eve was so.....there are no words to describe how annoying she was. She in no way replaces Lilah. She's just there as a wannabee who looks likes she's playing dress up. I was really hoping that Lilah would show up again but she never did. I liked Harmony. She didn't ease the pain of Cordy leaving but she was funny. Something the episode needed. The plot of the ep was original. A father trapping a virus inside his son was intresting but it could have been done better.

Overall, I give this ep a 2 out of 5.

I liked it but didn't feel it was very interesting.
I liked the virus bit but listening to the commentary they say it was done so to get us to know what Angel's life was like now ie the bug they planted on him when he rescued the woman from the vamp.Plus how they adapt to W&H on their first day, it was very so so, but still enjoyable. I got the feeling it had changed completely the theme of "we fight in a small office with little income" just went.
His car was replaced by other cars which i was dissappointed but the Spike bit at the end was brilliant.

I thought this episode did a good job of showing how everyone was adapting to being at Wolfram & Hart. It was also interesting seeing the "seduction" of Gunn happen. All in all, I didn't think this episode was great, but it was well done and set up the season nicely.
