You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Just a pet peeve against the way Whedon.info(aka Buffy.nu) steals links. If they'd linked you to the site where they got the stuff from in the first place, not only would you get the TRL video, but you'd get a bunch of stuff they've linked to elsewhere on their site to beef their Whedon.info site up.
