I love the way Faith fought so hard to safe Angel and to do right for all of the greater good. Which is well what Slayers do...
So well Go Faith!!

The best part of these eps would be when Faith and Angelus are fighting in the museum (or whatever it is), and Wes is there too. All the slow-mo is awesome!

It's such a great feeling seeing Faith back after all that time, and I love the way she has changed, but you can still totally feel that it's her and understand kind of what she's been going through etc.

I loved the exchange bet Angelus and Faith.
Best of all her willingness to help Angel no matter what.
The funniest bit was when Angelus was in the bar and made a tourretts gag!
lol.The retro hair cut in orpheus was a scream!
Best eppy's of season four i reckon thus the pity is that Willow never twigged to evil Cordy drat! neither did Faith i woulda loved those two give her something to think about lol.

I love this run. I think that it ends with the greatest Whedonverse Character Standoff.
Angel/Faith - Angelus
Willow - Evil Cordy
It has everything that fans want.

I loved Salvage, Release, and of course Orpheus! My fav. Eppys on Angel of all time. lol. the fight scene in Orpheus between Angel and Angelus, and Faith and herself, was awsome and then Faith's "Arf, Arf. Psycho." haha! Love it!

These are my favorite episodes, maybe even of the whole series. I love it how they brought back Faith into the storylines, and seeing her fight for the good side again, and of course our lovely Willow. How can you not like the crossovers?
I pretty much love all the crossovers done on both shows. These three episodes have a lot more action in it though, I guess that's what attracts me the most.

Angelus: "Why do I have to go through this again!"
Angel: "Maybe because it's not about you jackass!"

Those episodes have such great quotes too!
Faith: Dude! You just rescued a puppy ;Then I'm— whatever. Dust in the wind. Candle in the wind. There'll be a general wind theme ; Can I ask, what the hell have you people been doing?
Angel: How are you feeling?
Faith: Like I did mushrooms and got eaten by a bear.
Willow: How have you been?
Cordelia: Higher power. You?
Willow: Ultimate evil. But I got better.
Candle in the wind... hehe... I just love Faith's quote
Wes, Angel(us) and Faith: all my faves. Flipping great!!!

These three eps along with the entire action packed season were great. Everything kept happening and I loved it!
The fact that Faith could have broken out of jail at any time she pleased but only did so to help another.
Shows how much she had grown since we first see her in season 3 of Buffy. And how can you not like Angelus ^_^
He brings so much to the eps, he's EVIL yet the star of the show and everything circles around him! Plus he's hilarious!
I don't even know if I can call these three my favorites though because this season kept pumping you with new things.

Salvage and Orpheus are two of my favourite episodes in S4. I especially love the scene in prison when Faith just tells Wesley to step away from the glass. And the action begins. It was great to see how so much has changed in these two characters. First of all, the forgiveness on Wesley's part. The last time these two were together, Wesley was tied to a chair with Faith as his tormentor. Here Wesley even looks at Faith with some pride after they fall off the window, and uses her phrase "5by5", when she asks if he's alright. I just find it heart warming and amusing. This is also the same girl who called him Princess Margaret back in Sunnydale when he could not cope with training her.:lmao: Having a common cause (here it's 'cause of Angel) does seem to make past mistakes irrelevant.
I do have one question for you all and I might as well post it here since these covers these three episodes. Why, with all of Willow's power did she not recognise that Cordy was not Cordy? I would have thought she would be able to sniff out the entity inhabiting Cordy's body. Of course there is the thought that they didn't want to expose Cordy's secret too soon. Then they shouldn't have put Willow in the same room with her because it messes with what they have established, that Willow is very powerful.

It's a good question but did Willow ever show any signs of being able to read people, or sense something like that? That was really more Tara's thing.

Season Seven Willow probably should have been able to sense that Cordelia wasn't herself, but Willow on "Orpheus" was basically written as a completely different character. I've read that the screenwriter was a big fan of Willow's, but I wouldn't swear she'd ever seen the show, because she sure didn't nail either Willow's speech or her emotional status at the time all this was going down.
Well perhaps Jasmine fixed it so that it couldn't be sensed by magic. She managed such things with Connor. But like it was said, we don't know that Willow can intuitively do this. Magic may be a wide foray with different people having different fortes.

First of all thank you all for your answers. :)

This is exactly what I thought. Willow didn't seem to be how she should have been.
Remember the first episode of S7 when Willow was in England, she was training with those wiccans to be one with nature. Willow then sensed the trouble brewing beneath the earth by touching the ground. She knew there was trouble. I mean humans are also part of nature, we share the same energy field. This is the reason why I was disappointed with the seeming contradiction when she was with Cordy who must have reeked of evil to someone who has heightened awareness.

During Tara's time, Willow was still just a self-indulgent witch who was only about power. Tara's power was pure, hence she was more aware of these things. Now we have seen the improved version of Willow as a wiccan , and I thought she would have at least recognised something is wrong with Cordy. Of course Angel and his team would not necessarily believe Willow just like that. After all, this is their beloved Cordy. Wouldn't it have been nice to see that conflict of belief and disbelief ?

I don't remember Jasmine doing this. I think I need to see the Jasmine saga again.

Add my name to the list of people who loved these episodes.
I saw this a long time after I saw season 7 of Buffy, so I don't know about Willow acting out of character. I agree about the magic stuff with Cordy. If nothing else, she should have been able to sense that the soul was in the building. But I don't know if I think she was written out of character. She seemed like a breath of fresh air, to me.

Me too. Everything was so dire before Willow came and I thought she lightened it but not excessively so. I love how her and wes are totally flirting together in their scenes! Aly and Alexis were so cute!

yeah. they mention it in 'inside out'. she blocked his reading powers:
ANGEL: While everyone was reeling from that failure, it was making sure my soul was off the market.
FRED: And the vision of the spell to re-ensoul you?
ANGEL: Misdirection.
FLASHBACK TO CALVARY: Cordelia is setting up a magical spell while the gang looks on. White smoke purposefully meanders toward Angelus. The smoke surrounds Angleus's body, lifting him off the ground. Pan over to show Lorne's eyes flash glowing red momentarily.
ANGEL: Getting everyone to look over here while the real action was happening over there.
LORNE: That explains why my mojo's been gunked up. Queen Bee-atch put the whammy on me.

I adored the 3 Faith episodes!
My favorite one was "Salvage" because I liked Faith in "Salvage" more so than the others. Plus, The Beast's demise and the fight in the warehouse is amazing. I love Wesley and Faith's interaction in "Release", though. Wesley screaming at Faith and Faith hitting Wesley was so intense. And Wesley doing it only to show Faith's darkside? Wow. It was amazing!

Willow would've had quite a story to tell about everyone when she returned to Sunnydale. :)
It would've been cool if Faith showed up at the start of S4, stuck around longer... Makes me all the more appreciative of her time on the show! :) Am I making sense?!

I loved this part from Orpheus:
Wesley Wyndam-Pryce: A lot's happened. Not just Angelus. I've been... I've changed. I've seen a darkness in myself. I'm not sure you'd even begin to understand...
Willow: I flayed a guy alive and tried to destroy the world.
Wesley Wyndam-Pryce: Oh. So...
Willow: Darkness. Been there.
Wesley Wyndam-Pryce: Yeah. Well, I never flayed. I had a woman chained in a closet.
Willow: Oh, well hey!
Wesley Wyndam-Pryce: No, it doesn't compare.
Willow: No, dark. That's dark. You've been to a place.
Wesley Wyndam-Pryce: You seem exactly the same as when I left. No other major changes I'm not up on?
Willow: Just little things. So, uh, Fred. What's her story?
