Sarah provides the voice of Ella, a role she recorded over three years ago, who is the leader of a group of fairy tale heroes.

It looks alright, Kinda questionable touching the fairy tales story line after Shrek already done that, but it might be good.

And I'm right when the only time I herd SMG voice in the add was the word 'oh' - yeah??

LOL BEG!!! Let's hope that's not her only line?? :D

Also - Hoodwinked kind of did the whole fairy tale thing too. But I'm excited because my daughter and my neice's fave movie is Shrek...Shrek 2 actually, and well I've seen it about 250 times lol. So perhaps she'll take a liking to this too :D

I actually saw this movie. Nothing remarkable, but it was okay. Sarah Michelle Gellar's Ella character actually gets to make some Buffy-esque moves in it, which made me smile.

Sigourney Weaver being the voice of Frieda reminded me that she was a big sci-fi/supernatural actor of an earlier generation, having done movies like the "Ghostbusters" and "Alien" series.

I saw this movie the day it came out, because my youngest brother wanted to see it, so I took it. It was alright, not nearly as funny as other movies that attempt to spoof fairytales (Shrek, Ella Enchanted, The 10th Kingdom). It was only funny some of the time and I didn't really like the animation, and characters definitely were not developed very well, but it was entertaining movie and flew by quickly.

Sarah's voice didn't seem to fit her character very well, though.
