You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Can you guys please let me know if you are experiencing any broken images or anything else that seems to be missing from the boards? I am about to cancel my account with my old host, and I want to make sure we have everything we need from there. Thanks! :)
