I noticed that we episode 2.12 missing in this forum so I decided to fill in the gap. Here is an incomplete summary (not a spoiler any more) from tvguide.com:

Robin wants to tell Ted she loves him, but she can't make the leap. Meanwhile, her sister (Lucy Hale) visits and brings her boyfriend (Ryan Pinkston), and Robin doesn't react well when her sister says she's ready to lose her virginity. Brian: Brian Kubach.
This episode was about everyone telling (or confessing) their stories about the first time they had sex. A lot of the action takes place in the lobby of the Empire State Building.
This one didn't make much of an impression on me. I will say though that going up to the 86th floor observation deck of the Empire State Building in the middle of winter is something I've actually done, just a year ago. Not something I enjoyed, the cold winds are fierce. There's a tourist shop in which you can take refuge, but why go up there just to visit a shop? Even so, it was a long, long wait in line to get to the deck - no shortage of people who wanted to go up. I was with a tourist from Japan that day who had to see it, which is the only reason why I ended up there.
