Hi everyone,
I'm new, so be nice!
I'm really concerned about Anthony Stewart Head's right hand. Is it withered? Or has he hurt it in some way? I can't find any pictures of it on the internet anywhere and whenever he appears on TV, presenting an award for example, he never shows his right hand. If something is handed to him, his hand is put straight into his pocket as if he's trying to hide something.
Does anyone know anything about this?

Firstly...Hi and welcome to the BB...you might want to introduce yourself in our check-in forum HERE (http://www.buffy-boards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=32)...it's a good place to get to know us :)
Secondly...I've never noticed if Tony has anything wrong with his hand but I'll look out for it now.

Yes.
After the Hellmouth was closed in Sunnydale, Giles went on a spiritual journey to find his inner child.
As the time went on, he started to get angry with some monks who promised him this so went for a walk in the woods to clear his head.
Sensing this anger, the Vengeance Demon 'Morvo' in human form bumped into the watcher and both began a very friendly, yet candid, chat.
Morvo then asked Giles why he wanted to find his inner child to which Giles responded 'because mine was taken from me as a means to prepare me for being a Watcher.'
Morvo, feeling that the time was right asked 'What would you give for that?'
Giles instantly replied 'I'd give my right arm' before realising his mistake.
Morvo shouted 'DONE!' and a crystal around his neck glowed bright green.
Next thing Giles knew, his right hand and wrist had been removed BUT he now had the playful essence of a child.
This is why whenever you see him on award shows he never shows his hand BUT displays a rebellious teen(have you seen the earring?) attitude.
The wish came true,
Well, its either that OR I hadn't actually noticed anything and really not concerned either way.

Ash the band? I think they are.
Just because he's left-handed doesn't mean he would never show it. Surely>>>?

Its probably something he doesn't even realise he's doing. For instance when standing still I have a habit of putting one hand on my hip. I don't think there is any sinister reason behind it.
Well in photos I would say it's just his photo pose. Just a casual stance for the camera. :) Like Faith said, it's probably just habit, and he does it without even realising.

Anthony Stewart Head is left-handed and appears to be strongly so, seeing the way he uses his hands. But when he uses his right hand there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it.
I noticed though that he does wear his watch on his left wrist which I don't think is the usual case for a left-hander. I think most people wear wristwatches on their secondary arm, which would be the right for him. It may just be that he is VERY left-handed.

Mystery solved....of course, he's just VERY left handed. Brilliant.

I always do that, but most times I put two hands.
I don't think he notices really. I always put my hands in my pockets and most times I reach for something with my left hand, (I use both) so it is probably just that. A habbit.

I heard that the fingers on his right hand are deformed. They are all the same length and he apparently prefers to hid it. I can't post links yet but if you take out the * thing you can see a photo with his right hand shown.
