The Buffy Boards News forum is for some reason displaying really wide for me. Is anyone else having this problem? It's only happening in that forum, the rest of the board is fine. The first thread it happened on was the one for suggestions for the 10th anniversary celebration, but it wasn't that bad. Now the thread for "upcoming contests" is doing it, too, and it's REALLY wide.

I'm not having a problem :) What is your screen resolution? Are you waiting for the entire page to finish loading?

Yep, the page does finish loading. My screen is set to 1024 x 768 on my laptop. I didn't check to see if the desktop is doing it, too. Could be my computer if that's the case......
Edit: I just went back to the upcoming contests thread and it's still a little wide, but not like before.

I've noticed this as well, with certain posts being wider than the norm...for example, SpikedBuffy's posts in THIS (http://www.buffy-boards.com/showthread.php?t=31015) thread seem to be in "widescreen" format compared to others on the page.
My screen res at the moment is 1024 x 768 here at work...I can't remember what it's set at on my home 'puters but it will be at least the same, if not higher.

ive noticed it too; i just figured it was the people who had a lot of adoptees or something. it started about after that feature was added, and it seemed that for those who had many, it extended the length of their posts, which in turn extended the length of the thread. that was my guess, but if im wrong, im kind of curious as to what is doing it.

I would say your guess may be spot on. :) I would imagine the smaller your screen res, the more noticeable it would be. Mine is 1440x900 so I'm not having the problem, but if I reduce it then yeah, where SpikedBuffy has posted, or anyone else with alot of adoptees listed, their posts are wider than everyone elses.

Yeah, that seems to be it. I'll see what I can do :)

Okay, I've moved the Adoptees bit to under the signature.
