The first time we see Faith... wow, she is wearing some ugly a$$ pants and the shirt is not much better.

First time we see Faith stake a vampire, she does so left handed.

For some reason I find it very irritating when Faith calls Buffy "B".

When Giles is realizing Kakistos is the bad guy, Buffy refers to Faith has her "new little sister" or something similar to that. I wonder if that was meant as a reference to Dawn or if it's a coincidence?

When Faith is flirting with Scott... Cordelia sarcastically asks if anyone thinks that is Faith's real hair color and I'm wondering what's wrong with it? ???

Angel appears out of nowhere at the end of the episode, naked, which is totally unnecessary and just dumb when you consider that the very next episode.... he's wearing pants even though they showed him as animalistic at first, he wouldn't have had the presence of mind to put on pants. They should have just had him re-appear wearing the same clothes he was wearing in the Acathla episode when Buffy stabbed him.

WILLOW: He wanted to ask you out last year, but you weren't ready then. But I think you're ready now, or at least in the state of pre-readiness to make conversation, or-or to do that thing with your mouth that boys like.

Buffy stares at Willow with a shocked expression.

WILLOW: Oh! I didn't mean the *bad* thing with your mouth, I meant that little half-smile thing that you... (glares at Oz) You're supposed to stop me when I do that. ::blush::

OZ: I like when you do that.
-------------------------------------------------

SNYDER: Two: that you provide, in writing, one *glowing* letter of recommendation from any member of our faculty who is not an English librarian.

-------------------------------------------------

WILLOW: Are you mad at me?

GILES: (looks up) No, of course not, no. If I were, I would be making a strange clucking sound with my tongue.

-------------------------------------------------
OZ: Yeah, I suspect happiness.

BUFFY: I passed my English makeup exam, hangin' with my friends.
Hello, my life, how I've missed you. :)

-------------------------------------------------

CORDELIA: Check out Slut-O-Rama and her Disco Dave. (meaning Faith)
::dance::

-------------------------------------------------

FAITH: What are you getting so strung out for, B? ::disturb:

BUFFY: Why are your lips still moving, F? :shh:

I think Cordelia wanted to say something negative about her... Due to the attention that Faith was getting. It was probably the best she could come up with.

reading the angel part also brought up one question for me, was he running around naked in some hell dimension? : pconfuse

Probably! Lol I didn't think of that... Maybe that sort of thing didn't matter in that hell dimension!

yeah true lol especially if it actually was hell like, with all the fire and all, must have gotten really hot then.

The question should be, if it was that hot, did he take his clothes off himself, or did something or some-one else take his clothes off ?

MMM! Angel naked! My kind of thread! I enjoyed the appearance of his naked butt, and as for him wearing pants in the next eppy I uess the writers didn't want things to slide to much towards the gutter! I mean they got away with the butt scene, but didn't want to continue it in case there were moaning about it!

I think the Cordy scene was probably meant to be like where she starts going on about that thing on Buffy's face. Y'know....the thing. Don't tell me you've never noticed that...thing.

Also; jealous, much? She couldn't really find anything to fault her on!

hmmm maybe angel got the pants from some one he attacked, who knows, the writers thing makes sense though.

Count me out, that'll make him a Hells Angel.

Angel was in Hell for like a hundred years. I can't imagine that his clothes survived much during that time. There was probably no where else to get a new pair either :)

I really like the introduction of Faith though. I find it weird that Buffy was expected to just take Faith under her wing. It didn't work that way with Kendra. Fair enough Buffy's mum didn't know about her Slaying duties then so Kendra couldn't come home for tea but Giles spent a lot of time with Kendra.

Plus I thought it was a very round about way for Joyce to find out that Buffy had died. Why did Joyce automatically assume Buffy had been the one to die? Maybe the last Slayer had died twice and that's how it all started. I can't see Giles having sat down and gone though all the slayer lore with Joyce anyway.
