(for those who don't remember, this is part 2 of a BUFFY episode where Spike searched for the "Gem Of Amara" which he found, Buffy took and told Oz to give it to Angel)
Cordelia made an invoice on the computer.
Her computer skills improved pretty quickly.
It was nice to see Oz again.
I wonder how BOTH Angel and Doyle recognized the Ring Of Amara immediately.

Buffy once told Giles that the good guys aren't renowned for their effective communication skills, if that means that those on the other side of the coin are, then Doyle and Angel may well have had a pretty picture, height, weight, details et cetera

Just want to say that this is one of my favorite Spike moments "Now I'm just a big fluffy puppy with bad teeth." "Quick to the Angel-mobile."

I loved this ep, i don't know why angel wouldn't just pocket the ring for a rainy day when he needs, well not a rainy day >.< a sunny day when he might need to go out in the day to save someone like one of his friends lol. Spike was great as always, and Angel almost killed the crazy vampire who likes children but then spike stops him lol hilarious, only to have him steal the ring from spike  !! Then spike's hair sets on fire lol i was lmao

This a great episode showcasing the last time we would really see Spike evil with no neutering (chip in his head). From the beginning Spike is on the rooftop giving this hilarious voiceover of Angel's fight below. Simply great! I had to choose one of Spike's lines as my favorite quote on my profile. "Ah. Say no more. Evil's still afoot ... and I'm almost out of that nancy-boy hair gel that I like so much. Quickly! To the Angelmobile — AWAY!" Classic!!!

LOL...yea. I do love this episode. It was very funny. And I wanted Oz to stay with Angel. Maybe his character could of evolved into talking more

Spike was hilarious in the opening scene!! I loved the Bangelness in it without Buffy even being there, I mean Angel is being shoved with hot pokers and doesn't give Spike much satisfaction, then he learns Buffy has been sleeping around and he almost cries, bless him!!
I loved that Oz was in this episode. It was great!!

I understand why he wouldn't pocket it. But I know I would. I think Angel could protect it but many would come looking for it. Even if he pretended he destroyed it. Some magical being would just do a spell to find out if it was really broken. :)

I just watched this one the other day (I forgot all about the opening scene with Spike--I was laughing so hard my hubby came in to see what I was doing).
I think that ring was pretty dangerous to whoever had it. I mean, Angel could have saved it for when he needed it but what happens if he is fighting during the day and someone takes it and then, poof, up in smoke. Look how easy it was for him to incapacitate the creepy torture guy and take it from him. and Buffy didn't have too much trouble getting it from Spike.
But still...the temptation. I think I would have spent more then just half of a really crappy day out in the sun.
I liked how Doyle and Cordy kind of start to smarten up, too. Cordy is getting better at using a computer and the two of them actually come up with a plan (that works--mostly) instead of going in all half-cocked and getting everyone killed.
The first time I watched the episode (last month, I think) I watched it back to back with the Buffy one which was fun--everything made more sense that way, lol.

Because if anybody knew about it, Angel would become the defender of the ring instead of a champion of the people. He also had no idea that he had a destiny (Shanshu), of sorts, to live up to, which would make the decesion to destroy the ring that much easier. Beyond that, as he says in S2's "Redefinition", something along the lines of, "I've been sleeping in soft beds too long." I think that while Angel enjoys things of comfort (as did Angelus) he continuely struggled with the fact that he isn't human, proabably never would be, and didn't want to live a lie, like being a real, live boy who can go out in the sun and skip rope. Or something.

Oz was AWESOME when he drives through with the van and whips out the two crossbows. He's so badass in his own way.
I love the whole end, its so funny. "I almost told him everything...about the ring...your mother...everything.... how IS your mother by the way?"
That was the moment i really loved Doyle and Angel together.

This is definetly my favorite Angel episode. It is Spike on top form, going out with a bang before getting chipped and hanging around the scoobies. Its probably one of Angels best episodes too, then theres Oz and Marcus. Definetly a 10 outta 10 eppy.

I love this episode. Probably because it has one of the best Spike moments ever! A few people have mentioned some of the quotes but I love this one> As Rebbeca: I understand, I have a nephew who's gay so,
As Angel: Ah, say no more. Evils still afoot. And I'm almost out of that nancy boy hair gel I like so much.
