Though the Dark Horse site still says it's out on December 5th, it actually shipped last week. For my money this is one of the best Buffy related items that's ever been released. It's packed with gorgeous artwork and some great comic book anecdotes.

i saw it today in my comic store and wasnt sure if i should buy it. im glad to hear that you like it cause i may go back and buy it.

i did think to myself as i was staring at it, "thats a good price ($20) for that book." plus, its HUGE! i was looking for a tpb sized comic but its something that you would put on a coffee table.

Wow, I didn't even know about this. I was at my book store today and didn't know to look for it. They didn't have any Buffy books in that I didn't already have so I left empty handed, darn it.

I got this for Xmas and can I just say.... wow! I was not expecting the book to be what is it. It's a lot bigger than I imagined for one thing. The artwork is great and I can see myself looking at it many times :D

To sum up, this book was a pleasant surprise.
