cordy as a half-demon

okay i'm new here and dont know if its been done but what did you guys think of cordy as half demon i personally loved every moment of it. and how she used her powers to help connor in benediction and the others in the price. i just wish she had more time as a half demon and the whole jasmine arc i think they should have kept cordy good i think there should have been some other person as jasmine's host because cordy's powers could have been useful against jasmine i think and the beast. and in order to hide charisma's pregnancy they should have let her enter the higher plane but return after she had her baby in real life to continue the fight with jasmine or something like that.

I'm not sure how I feel about Cordy as a demon, I mean the whole assention thing was important in season 4, but it's still not exactly the most impressive thing that could of happened to Cordy, if ya get what I'm saying. It was pretty cool though =]

I mean, the only thing I didn't like about it, was Skip said it was all part of the plot to bring Jasmine onto the moral plain, which means if it hadn't happened, no Jasmine, and she pissed me off big time.

me too. i mean for a higher power she was a wuss i mean her big power was a type of mind control and without it she is just near invuneble and super strong but thats your average vampire or old one i mean you go through all of this planning scheming and manipulating yet your own name weakens you.

Exactly. To be honest, I don't see the point in the Jasmine storyline she was in it for what, 4, 5 episodes? Pretty stupid =/

I hate the Jasmine stoyline! I wasn't too keen on the higher being craic either, like Skip said Cordelia Chase may have changed but had she changed enough to ascend? not so much!! I missed the real Cordy from season 4 so I would be really been behind an alternative scenario

I think i read somewhere that Cordy was going to be the big bad and ws supposed to fight angel but she got pregnant thus changing everything. The storyline for the show now brought in Jasmine. =(

I wanted to see Angel and Cordy fight.

I didn't mind Cordy being half-demon. She needed it to stay alive. But the consequences. Phew!

I have to admit that the Jasmine storyline was brilliant, but I hated it because a great character , Cordy, whom a lot of us have come to love or maybe just admire was destroyed. I really don't understand why it had to be Cordy that this Jasmine had to possess. They surely could have come up with a great idea on how to hide Charisma until she gives birth, and have her return later as whatever.

And that ascension thing, ngek! I couldn't believe that Cordy would just agree to go away without talking to Angel first and her friends at AI. They're her family. And later when they captured Skip to explain all this mess, he made it look like Cordy was so deluded in believing she could be a higher being. That made me so angry. Skip helped Jasmine con Cordy and then they mock her.

That's the question there. Was Cordy really not that bright or was she really delusional? What were we supposed to think about Cordy here? Sorry if I expanded the topic a bit but this half-demon thing is how she got into trouble in the first place.
