Episode/Character discussions

Kean and I have been trying to think up ways to get more interest in this part of the boards, and I rememberd how a while back we did some character discussions on certain episodes. This might be something that we could get back to, because it was very interesting.

We've already done Xander and Cordelia. I was thinking that we could maybe discuss Faith. She's a character that can get some good conversations going. Then later we can do another character, like Andrew or Anya, or whoever.

So I was trying to think of some pivotal Faith episodes. Here's what I got. You guys got any to add to the list?

1. Faith, Hope and Trick
2. Bad Girls/Consequences
3. Enemies
4. Who Are You?
5. Empty Places

But those were Angel episodes

Hmm... hard to say here. Those are critical episodes I guess, but they don't belong in the Buffy ep discussion.

Without those episodes Faith wouldn't have become the Faith we see in later seasons in Buffy. But this is the 'BTVS' discussion forum not the Angel one. Maybe if you picked just a character who was on one show, or allowed episodes from the other show for a character who appeared on both, would make the discussion work more.

I think we could still discuss Faith and make honourable mentions to her stints on Angel. I don't think it ois necessary to pick a different character. Faith has got too much to talk about to be ignored.

I agree. She did still make some character gains at the end of Buffy. It may have started on Angel, but it heavily continued in the final five episodes.

Alot of what has become of Faith in the comic can be chalked up to the events of S7
