I didn't understand a word of what you wanted to say but from the title I think that you wanted to say that there are translators that would make it easier to understand another language.

Well, know that these things work for only very short sentences with very easy grammatical syntax. The language is such a complicate thing that only very very very good translators can correctly translate a whole sentence. With those on the Internet you only get something that is not understandable.
