(I don't think this is a spoiler, and if it is, it's only a small one, no plot giveaway)

In the last panel in "Antique," when a saddened Dracula reverts back to an old man, he's bald. Then, in the preview of Episode 13, he has a full head of hair, even though he's still an old man. Do they have Rogaine on Transylvania?

He could simply have regained the glamour in order to not show his elder appearance to the others. That may be something he can share with Xander, but just something he would want to hide from Buffy and the others.

His power is constant I would think, just a matter of restoring the season 5 "look".

Yeah, but in Issue 13, it was before Xander showed up. His new manservant was talking about what a wreck he was and how he hadn't fed in a long time.

I was a bit disappointed by the difference in look between old-sad-Dracula from Antique and old-drunk-Dracula in WatG. Perhaps the drunk-state is somewhere in between his real form and his usual glamour. Like, he feels he needs to at least try to keep up a little bit of an appearance for Butterfield.

I thought if vamps didn't feed for so long, they go brain dead or something? Wasn't that why Wesley was so concerned with getting Angel from the bottom of the ocean or something in Angel series 4?

Well, in Season 4 of Buffy, Spike said that a vampire who didn't feed would eventually become a "walking skeleton," then Wes said in Angel Season 4 that they become brain dead, and Dracula apparently ages (or just drops hig glamor, if that's what it is), so it must affect different vampires different ways, or the writers just can't agree on what really happens.

Perhaps because very few vampires go without blood for too long, the effects just aren't known.
