I never really got Anya's aging when she became a human. How old was she when she first became a human again and how old was she when she eventually died taking into account her stint as a demon again in season 6 and 7? Also was Anya a demon for so long that she forgot she was originally a human?

I don't think she's forgotten she was human, the problem was more of forgetting what it was like to have to live like this. Also, she lived her human life around 700AD, so things had changed a lot.
Anya's age was also a thing I never quite figures out. As I understood it, whenever she got called she turned into someone the woman who had called her could relate to or something. In her case of helping Cordy she turned into a high school student. Then after her powercentre got crushed, she couldn't change anymore and was stuck in that role, the role of a presumably 18 year old student. Then the second time around when she was as Vengeance Demon again she volunteerly gave that up, ergo was herself (or at least her 'new' Sunnydale self) when she lost her powers and became human again. So she was around the other Scoobies' age again, at best maybe a few month younger due to her not aging as a demon. Now, am I making any sense? That's what I imagined what it's like.

I always thought it was kind of like when vampires get turned - they didnt age past the date they were taken over by the demon. In "Selfless" we see Anya 'getting turned' after she turns her boyfriend into a troll. She looks/acts in her 20's there (and not for the simple fact that the actress had aged in that ep since season 3) and throughout the other flashbacks. Have you seen "Selfless"? I think you'll get what I mean :p
So when she was human she would have aged again (for eg 20-23ish) and stopped again when she was made a demon. This is how I understood it anyway:)

Well, I remember in one episode in season 3 (after The Wish, obviously, maybe Doppelgangland??), she says about how she's stuck in an 18yr old's body, and she's flunking math, so I guess physically she doesn't age as a demon, but when she became human again, she aged as a normal human would.

As for forgetting how to be human- it's less forgetting, more the analogy of riding a bike- you don't forget as such, it's just not as natural to you. It has been around 1000 years since she's been human, and people in general and the way they behave has changed, so it takes time to get into the swing of things- hence her odd ways.

She didn't age as a demon, and when turned back into a human, she aged naturally.

Or... as naturally as you can in the Buffyverse.

Anya is a conundrum. There are so many things we just accepted without question such as where did she live. She obviously had no home or family and why did she continue to attend high school? Where did she get food and more than a few outfits?

Anya took the guise of an 18 year old Senior to tempt Cordelia with 'The Wish' as she states in 'The Prom.' She said then that now she has all "these feelings" that all Seniors have, including wanting to go to the Prom with them. Ever since then Anya aged like the Scoobies did. In season four she would have been 19, season five 20 and up until becoming a demon again in 'Hells Bells' she would have been 21 or nearly 21 depending on wether or not her birthday happened before her transformation or after. She then remained immortal and didn't age at all until she became human again in 'Selfless' when I suspect her age continued naturally from where it left off in early season six. There's no reason to suggest she would have altered her age at all before ‘Selfless’ or during, as she only happened to do that in season three so she could get into the High school and tempt Cordelia.

There's no textual evidence to support how old she was when she was actually turned into a vengeance demon the first time around when she was Aud. But given her appearance during the flashback in 'Selfless' I'd like to think she was probably around the age she was during that episode with the Anya in Sunnydale, so around twenty or twenty one, if you want to compare her looks to what Buffy looked like at that age, as this is TV land and not reality.

Well isn't it natural that they had unions back then where the women is in her teens and the man is much older? So Aud could have well been in her late teens, such as 17 when she became a vengence demon and when her power source was destroyed she reverted back to her original age as a human which just so happened to be the same age as the Scoobies?

It's possible. But Anya did state the only reason she was the same age as the Scoobies was because she took the age of a highschooler to get close to Cordelia and thus was stuck in that form when she lost her powers. I'm not sure there's any need to question that, she doesn't really have any reason to lie.
