He wasn't in "Conversations with Dead People."
Shouldn't it technically be 143 out of 144? I didn't think the Pilot was classed as an offical episode, as it was never released?
But yeah, as my lovely BB said already, he wasn't in the season 7 episode 'Conversations with Dead People'.

Yup, 'conversations with Dead People'. I guess they just couldn't really work him in so well, because he didn't have anyone close die we know of.
What really bothered me about this episode btw is that Anya wasn't in it. I know it was planned but not possible because the actress who played Helfrek was unavailable, but does anyone else think these would've made great scenes?

I think there was enough going on with the four encounters that adding any more would make it too fast and choppy.

In that case I think they should've rather taken Anya than Willow. Willow was okay, but they didn't even get Amber Benson for that episode, which probably took a lot of feeling out of it.

Possibly true, but I think it was necessary because Willow was the one to figure out that Cassie wasn't Cassie, that none of their people (except maybe Holden) were real and that the big evil was coming.

I'd never heard about the Anya/Halfreck plans. That would have been interesting. I also heard that they had considered having Xander/Jessie as one of the stories. I do agree that more than the four they had would have been too busy for such an episode. I wouldn't have dropped Willow/Cassie though. I always love that scene and think it works really well even without Tara.
