What?! I was looked damned forward to them. It was one of the few Buffy merchandise that I had recently geeked over- because it appealed to like three different sides of me. And the previews were just stunning...man, this sucks. ::sighs and walks off grumbling, kicking an empty beer can petulantly::

Yeah, that's a huge bummer, I'd already picked out a place in my brand new house to put them :( I even warned my housemates that there would be Buffy merch around the place! I guess I'll just have to start collecting figurines.

That really sucks!!!! I had them pre-orderd too.....I wanted mostly too see who they were going to depict on "The Lovers" card.......guess Ill never know....

That was going to be Buffy and Angel - I'm sure that was announced along with some of the previews of the cards - though you are right, we'll never get to see it (or the rest of them)

At least I didn't pre-odder them, like I did a few years ago with Willow's Wicca Book. I can't Believe that there isn't a law, that says if something all done and all the on line stores are going to get it in. They even show an pic of the thing, they should put it out. Boy, I hope the name of that one person that made them cancel it don't leek out on here, no' I do!

I've been collecting Tarot packs for years and think that a Buffy Tarot and an Angel Tarot would sell remarkably well. Why was it cancelled???

If I could get my hands on good, hi-res screen caps and production photos, I'd photoshop some digital versions for fun only. Perhaps we should start a discussion of how do design them, make prototypes and submit them to the PTB's showing them our enthusiasm for the concept!
