Normal Again

I've been wondering about this episode for a while now. Buffy sees herself at a mental hospital and that her being a slayer is her mind playing tricks on her. But at the end of the episode it makes me wonder if Buffy is really in a mental hospital because it goes back to the mental hospital and the doctor says shes gone?
So is her being a slayer just a trick and shes really in a mental hospital or is she really just seeing things?
