Banners for Dummies

Ok I just got Photoshop and I'm confused out of my mind. Is there anyone that can give me a good rundown on how to put my images into banners?

I'm pretty good with image editing programs.

But what specifically do you want to know how to do?

To simply add pictures, create a new document, then copy and paste. But if you wanna get more techinical, then copy and paste the images on to the canvas and use the eraser to take out unwanted parts of the images.

I'm gonna go find some tutorials that could fully explain everything for ya hun!

Do you mean like to get pictures? If you do I mostly use http://gallery.angel-btvs.co.uk

www.buffy.nu also has lots of new images and www.last-beautiful-girl.com has great quality ones.
