...inspired by a post from Beer_Nut in Faith's vacation thread.

It is the near future. The plans of the Buffy-Boards staff are finally achieved. The world is ours (BWAHAHAHA! Cackle! etc.)

OK,everyone else got fed up and went home. So now we get to run the world. Obviously, the staff can't do all this on their own so we need some help from our loyal and steadfast members...

So, if you had the chance to run a country which one would you want and why?

I'm thinking I would like Greece or Spain as they both seem to have that laid-back mañana attitude where everything always seems to get done at the last minute (Olympic stadium in Athens 🙂) and not much effort seems to be made. That would suit El Supremo Pointy, His Royal Laziness 🙂 Plus they both have great climates...
 
I want to control UK! Than I'd rule over most of the people on this board! MWHAHAHAHAHA! 😛
 
I'd rule the US... cos I'm pretty sure I can do a much better job than Bush! 😉 Chocolate milk's on me!

any country..hm...well...i want..uh..spain or australia. aus is cool, and..spain's in europe and like Mr. P said,....or Portugal since Mr. P's got Spain covered...can I have prt?...I'll be good...well..to the country...

Switzerland, because I've been there, and it's the most insane country ever. It's like Gun Shop, McDonalds, Gun Shop, Mountain, Gun Shop. But somehow you just can't imagine like... a Swiss gun fight. Really pretty too. But pleasingly insane.

Or Canada, just because... y'know, it's Canada. Who doesn't love Canada?

Isn't china the biggest country? or maybe it was the biggest population...

Anyway. I'd like to run the US. I'm sure I'll be able to find something to top that chocolate milk... you just wait...

Other than that, I just KNOW me and the swedish gang, sämskinn solfjäder, would do an exellent job running Sweden. Oh we'd have sooo much fun.
 
Hmmmmm..... probably..... New Zealand!!!! It's so pretty there!!!! I mean LOTR was filmed there and that was some beautiful scenery!!!! Plus the mountains are really great!!! I love mountains!!!!

Anyway, I agree, they should really replace the Swedish government with Sämskinn Solfjäder. "Buffy to the people!" or something less stupid, heh.

If I had a county all to myself I would probably chose.. maybe Japan or India.. or ..
 
I'd choose a small country that no one knows about. That way, when I become the ruler of the universe, I can truly say that no one saw me coming. It's a whole ego-stroking thing.
 
hmmm, I'd want France or I'd ask Elmo for JUST Pennsylvania. (I like PA, kinda. But with Elmo, I'd think I'd have to beg and get on my knees 😉 )
 
I'm going for England. Then I can turn the best spiky haired footballers into my personal servants, then conquer Spain and get Michael Owen too 😀
 
Well to be patriotic i'm going for *drumroll* Scotland! Irn Bru on tap, take up residence in Edinburgh castle.

And whats better when one of your best friends has your back because she rules the country next to you 😉

No, that's ok... you can be governor of Pennsylvania. I'll probably need someone to help me out cos there's too much US for one person to handle.

Frenchy has already been delegated Sheriff of the entire US. 😀
