But what about Harth from Fray? I know we haven't seen much of his fighting capabilities, but he'd be a good example of the potential a slayer-vamp might have. While it might be true that Alex would lose her Slayer strength, it'd probably be wrong to assume that she'd just forget all of the nightmares that come with being a slayer. Harth was able to explain to the other vampires why he knew that if he drank their blood he'd become a vampire, and I'm sure that explanation probably had a lot to do with the dreams he had when he was human. Furthermore, it wouldn't really be a big deal that Alex lost her slayer-strength because she'd have vampire strength mixed with all the memories of battles fought by slayers over the centuries. BUffy mentions how she's got the upper-hand on Fray in ToYL because Fray's never had the nightmares. I'm not saying that Alex would have an upperhand on Buffy, but she would certainly be an extremely worthy opponent.
