We have a Chinese market near us where you can buy gluten. Ordinarily if you are baking something, you need a substance to act as a binder to hold ingredients like the grains in bread together. Gluten does that but it causes distress if you have celiac disease.

I'm pretty hurt that NO ONE made a birthday thread for me. Especially when many of you have actually been online within the last 12 hours. Including staff.

After seven years here, you'd think that SOMEONE could've made one freaking birthday thread for me. I think of all the energy I've expended here, trying to keep this board lively...but nevermind. I'm just overly sentimental, I guess.

Obviously now that I've said this, please don't bother.
