In posts? You will need a hosting service like imgur or the like, there you can upload the photo and then use the link to share on here. 
I deleted the banners you uploaded to the media gallery. That is not what the media gallery is for.
As stated above ^^ you need to create an account on an image hosting site, and if you wish to share art/banners, link it in a personal art thread here Joyce's Gallery
