It's almost surreal to me. It's like the demon had his head bshed into the wall but isn't feeling it at all, and while I'd assume Buffy is the one to shove it there it looks more like she's trying to stop him from borrowing through the wall (by holding his throat) as she tries a Vulcan mind meld on him. 😛
