Angel! In order: Angel, Wesley, Lilah, Faith, Connor, Gunn, etc.

Day 29 Favorite storyline?
Angel's in season 2 (from Judgement through Epiphany). Other favorite storylines are: Darla's overall arc (from season 2 to Lullaby), Connor's arc (especially Home and season 5), plus Dark!Wesley's arc, from season 3 to season 5.
 
Day 28: Favourite character?
Angel.

Day 29 Favourite story line?
The Darla and Angel story. AtS really found itself in S2, and "Dear Boy," "Darla," "The Trial," "Lullaby," etc. are some of the show's best episodes.

Wesley Wyndam Pryce.

Day 29 Favourite storyline?
Dark!Wesley arc! Although, really, I love all of Wesley's arc, from dweeb in BtVS, to his death in NFA.

Darla's entire arc, from her reappearance in To Shanshu in L.A. to her sacrifice in Lullaby.

I also would have added Cordy, but they kinda ruined her in season three.
I listed three characters, because 1.) Illyria was only in eight episodes or so, so it is not fair to mention her only, 2.) Lilah is only recurring, 3.) Wesley's development is too good to not mention him here and Alexis got some really sexiness in later seasons.

Fred turns into Illyria

I just love that two-episode-arc, such a tight story, with great payoff.

Day 30: Favourite season?
Season Four

For its flaws, the handling of Cordelia, the lame death of Lilah, the repetitive beats with Connor, season four was a really original season, with many great ideas thrown in and building momentum from the first episode to the last one. Generally, I think seasons 4 and 5 were the most original seasons with the best ideas, so it's a shame that the show got cancelled just when it was getting more and more creative and taking more risks.

Season 2 because of Angel, Darla, well all the characters (Lorne, Gunn, Cordy) even Lilah, Holland Manners & Lindsey. And many great well written, directed episodes.

I struggle a lot with this, I find it harder to choose one singular season than it is with BtVS, because of the way it's structured. I guess I'll go with Season 1, though.

I think my favorite season was season 1. I loved the (re)introduction of the characters and I loved seeing how, in just one season, all of these characters began to grow slowly but surely. They go through a lot but they don't lose themselves fully. All other seasons were great as well. But I think I'm a sucker for the beginnings, when things are still a bit light (before the storm comes rolling in).
 
Day 30: Favourite season?

Season 5. After years of being downtrodden to the extent that Angel takes on the grimness of a Soviet war documentary where endless grey soldiers march through endless grey mud, we finally get to see what the characters would do if they had access to everything they would have wished for in the previous seasons. Everyone would like to win the lottery - but after you won, what would you do? Angel Investigations goes from a shoestring operation to a major business embedded in an evil law firm. Rags to riches is a great story.
