Acoustic Songs

Here in the past...few years, at least, I've found that I quite enjoy listening to songs that are solely acoustic, songs that are sort of folksy, or maybe a little soulful.

Does anyone else have any particular genre(s) they enjoy listening to? Also...if you're also a lover of acoustic songs, do you have any recommendations for me?

If you like acoustic, try Campfire Chords by the Arkells. This is an acoustic rendering of their rock songs with 18 songs on it. Different from the originals in execution but still great music. I had their Morning Report CD in the car player since August and only took it out to put in Campfire Chords.

Most top artists have done an Unplugged version of their greatest hits (I think MTV ran a series). As much as I dislike him as a person, Eric Clapton's is very good

...as is Dylan (no-brainer)
