This is my first time watching Dollhouse and I'm honestly super excited for the series! I just finished the pilot and let me say what an interesting concept!
I love that it doesn't look like it's ever been done before & I love that it took me a bit of work to figure out what was going on but it really has potential!
Thoughts from the premiere!
I love Echo she is such a queen and Eliza Dushku is such an amazing actress seriously . The fact that she can play Echo who has several personalities is amazing so far Echo is definitely my fav!
Also it was great seeing Amy Acker on there! I love Fred so I was like "oh my god that's Fred" haha
The ending had me shook too with all the bodies on the floor .
Wow! I'm amazed!
I'll be posting all my opinions here but feel free to post here too what you thought!
Thank you to all who told me to watch! @Living Dead Boy wanted me to watch really bad haha.
Can't wait to watch the rest & I need to get to know the characters name because I don't know many outside of Echo yet!
Can't wait to watch more!
 
Yay! Can't wait for your thoughts. It's a challenging series, but once your hooked, it's a done deal. Have fun! 😀

I just wish I knew people's name other then Echo! I'll probably Wikipedia their names so I can get used to saying them haha.

Oh you will, dear Paully, you will. 😉 Its an ensemble cast at it's core, like all of Whedon's shows, so you'll be distinguishing the characters from each other sooner than you think. Season 2 will rock your socks off.

I seriously can't wait and your right Joss is usually good at introducing the characters! I knew everyone's name on Buffy The Vampire Slayer by episode 2 or 3!
He's pretty great at that!
The concept is also something I've almost never seen before!
& Echo is just AMAZING!

Hmm, you've probably met them all, but my personal favorites are Topher, Victor, Sierra, Adelle, just to name a few. In S2 I add Echo and Dr. Saunders to that list.

Yeah I've seen all of them!
Echo and Sierra seem great so far!
Topher & Adelle I'm not sure about yet.
What's your opinion on Boyd & Paul Ballard?

I like Boyd and Ballard a lot (I'm a fan of the actor who plays Paul, too) but not enough to call them favorites. Ooh, I doubt this is a spoiler, but I love Alpha 😀

Not sure who Alpha is yet but can't wait to get to know him!
I loved seeing Amy Acker on it too!
So nice to see her but I couldn't stop calling her "Fred" haha

I totally will review each & every episode & when I get to know the characters more will make theories & threads about them to revive the dollhouse chat!
 
Dollhouse Episode 2 : The Target
- I love the intro & music! It fits the show so well!
- I love love love Echo
- Adelle is such a strong female boss! I love it
- Topher is so creepy tbh. Not feeling him.
- Boyd & Echo have a Giles/Buffy type relationship it feels which I'm here for!
- Echo using her sexuality so freely & as power is even more female empowerment & I love her for that! Queen Echo!
- So surprised that the client decided to chase down Echo this episode ah. I was like wtf
- Boyd killing the cop & Echo finding him in the closet of the ranch house omg.
- The guy hunting down Echo is so awful!
- the flashbacks this episode give lots of context
- Another amazing episode!!!

Well I've only just started but the way he talks to Echo is just creepy. It's hard to explain but I can't stand him so far hahaha.
My favs so far are firmly Echo. Caroline, Paul, Adelle and Boyd.
