I love foreign movies. In fact I would much rather watch something foreign over your classic American flick. I do love Canadian cinema though.
Overall, my first pick would be for French movies. I like the style. But if it's not something that I can watch in French, than I don't mind reading subtitles. Mind you some foreign movies I will watched dubbed in French because they actually have a decent dub, like Pan's Labyrinth and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo both have very good French dubs, probably because Sweden has a large French population, and Spanish is similar to French in many ways. But I could never stand to watch an English movie with French dubs, usually those are awesome. The exception being cartoon movies which I might also watch with a dub, but again it's because it doesn't really take away from the movie in it's original format. But aside from that, I prefer watching in the original language with subtitles.
