Do you have any scenes that you just HATE to rewatch? and fast forward? For me, they are:

Dead Man’s Party

I tend to skip both When She Was Bad and Dead Man's Party (though in the latter, it's Pat who drives me up the wall more than anything else). I'll keep my peace on season 7...this time.
Seeing Red. You know the one.

It was a horrible scene that was done for no other reason than because Joss wanted to do something terrible. Of that I am fairly confident. It hurt Marsters and Gellar to the point that they look at it with intense disdain and it was uncomfortable for the cast to work on. I’m not wasting my time watching actors forced to film an attempted rape for nothing more than shock effect. I have no desire to bother with that garbage.

(I will advocate for the Buffy getting teamed up on scenes! In both Dead Man’s Party and Revelations, in my opinion, she did some pretty rough stuff and deserved to be told that she was wrong. Running out on saving the world and harboring a known murderer/predator both are pretty reprehensible.)

As one of James Marsters relatives was sexually assaulted, doing that scene brought back horrific memories for him and put him into therapy!
About the only reason I watch the one with Pete in it is for the first scene of Buffy and Faith talking, and the last 5 minutes or so...and sometimes I'll skip it entirely.

Yeah, the scene where Dracula and the Wolfman tag team Mister Hyde is pretty neat.
The group confrontation scenes. It’s like my worst nightmare the idea of being surrounded by a group of people and no one really coming to your aid. DMP and EP I can in all confidence say I will never ever watch those episodes again. They make me feel so viscerally uncomfortable 😂

Also the balcony scene in Dead Things. It’s just so gratuitous, there really was no need for it. Even the Dailies are uncomfortable to watch because you can see how much SMG hates it

The AR I feel goes without saying as well

I loooved the scenes of the Gang going at it with each other. Nobody was fully in the wrong during those and sometimes you have to air things out.

I'll agree with the people who said the AR scene was strange and uncomfortable. They kind of had to 'weaken' Buffy there for it to even be a possibility.

But my number one pick has got to be the scene where they kick Buffy out of her house. It actually managed to make me want some of the characters to be kicked out themselves, so that they'd be forced to deal with the First alone. What a bunch of ungrateful little bastards. The only person in that room that deserved to be a little angry and skeptical was Xander because he had done that speech for Buffy and he ended up losing an eye. However, Willow's switcharoo was out of character, Giles only made me dislike his S7 character even more, Anya just reminded me of how self-centered and awful she could be, the potentials... ugh, as if I didn't already disliked them, and Dawn with the final backstabbing blow "this is my house too, and I want you to leave". Wtf? Yea, this scene still makes my blood boils. 😉

Agreed, probably one of the worst written scenes in the entire series. It is just to beef up Spike and Buffy, nothing more.
When Buffy has to stab Angel to close the portal. It gets me every time. She is truly in anguish, and it's so incredibly strong and heroic of her to make that choice. And that look she gives him as he walks turns his back to her? She looks so sad.

Buffy and Angel scene in Sanctuary, I did watch it a few times to understand it better. Watching those few times never changed my mind about it and I stopped watching it entirely.
Any scene in Angel season 1 episode Heartthrob.
Other scenes that have already been mentioned; in particular, Buffy dressing down in Deadman’s Party and intervention in Revelations.

Pivoting away from the sad/cringe scenes, I can't watch and purposely skip the part where Caleb takes Xander's eye. The sound, his scream, it's horrifying. Even the thought of it now makes my skin crawl and turns my stomach.

And what makes it worse is in following episodes, the 'previously on Buffy the Vampire Slayer..' they replay the scene. Once was enough, stop it!

You're the one who watches everything aren't you? Well let's see what we can do about that.
Pretty much what everyone else has already said, but particularly Dead Man's Party, Revelations, Sanctuary, the balcony scene from Dead Things (I think?), and of course Seeing Red

I agree with every single word. I like that on Hulu I can hit skip and ignore all that. Had to suffer through it when it was live! Seeing Buffy say "Mommy?" a few times was paaaainful.
