Buffy was of course refered to in Charmed. In Season 2 I think it was, the sisters are walking through a graveyard and Pru I believe says "Where's Buffy when you need her".

In fanfiction, Buffy/Stargate SG-1 seems to be a common one, in fact I wrote a series myself. The basic plot was Faith was apparently working for the Goa'uld and Buffy had to find her and stop her. I've tried Buffy/Star Trek too. Never wrote any myself, but I've read a pretty good Buffy/One Tree Hill story.

There's even an Evil Twin storyline in that! The Librarians is the first thing I definitely remember seeing Christian Kane in.

Still haven't managed to see the original films, and just discovered there's a new series, The Librarians: The Next Chapter.
 
I would have loved a Buffy/Supernatural crossover! I've discussed before that I believe Buffy and Dean have a lot in common, and it would have been so cool seeing them working together.

Actually, I wrote an essay about this on my blog back in the day if you're interested in reading. I would love to hear your thoughts if you do.

I would have loved a Buffy/Vampire Diaries crossover. It would have been interesting, given how different the vampires on that show were to the ones on Buffy.

I also would have loved to see Buffy/Being Human US... I think Aidan (Sam Witwer's character) is a lot like Angel and the writing is similar to the Buffyverse, so I think it would have made sense.

If you are interested in crossovers, this is the website for it. And finding stories in whatever crossover there is is easy because as a dedicated Buffy Crossover site, it is sorted into different categories. Unlike AO3 it is not so hard to find exactly what you are looking for. In addition to finding works in just about any of your favourite categories, you can find the top stories in each fandom.

Buffy and Warehouse 13

Warehouse 13 is a repository of magical artifacts (written by Jane Espenson and D. Brent Mote) that is part Raiders of the Lost Ark / X=Files and Eureka is its sister show. A place that holds magic items is going to be interesting to Buffy but particularly Willow.

One thing I liked about Warehouse 13 is the lack of romantic coupling. No stories of will she / won't she, it's just people doing their (difficult) jobs and the drama coming from that.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. Most supernatural shows could crossover epically. The romance levels could be amazing and the new friendships forged.

For example;

Bonnie (TVD) & Willow - Now that would be interesting, I think Bonnie would keep Willow morally in check quite a bit! Dunno about relationship status, but I do think they'd be magic mates 🙂

Faith & Damon (TVD) now yes I'd love to see that good and evil versions lol...

Buffy & Dean (SPN) would seriously kick ass once Dean stopped fangirling! lol

Also Buffy & Nick (Grimm) would team up very well I think..
