And I do mean just one song, for me it has always been the Status Quo hit Caroline.

These days though I'd need a respirator at the end of the song.

The only song that fits this description is Bailando Bachata by Chayanne:

When I am at a dance, I usually grab the nearest girl and dance to this. You can dance a relaxed style or an energetic style and I always pick the energetic style.

I don't really dance well but I'll totally mosh! I'm a big metal/alt enthusiast.

When I was 15 a sort of boyfriend shoved me into a moshpit. I was furious, yet discovered I loved the adrenaline rush and began jumping into the pit. It was just a teen thing for me, but the memories are pleasant and amusing.
The very first song that sprang to mind:

But there are other kinds.

I've also learned a few country dances (back when I was 13) and occasionally do that as well, but typically it "just happens" (as in someone else arranges for it and I just go along with it, and I think always with at least one partner, sometimes many).

Nice! My husband wants to teach me swing dancing - he's very good at it! I am not the most coordinated person sometimes lol - I've been known to trip UP the stairs in my bare feet haha

No specific song, just music and someone to dance with. And I admit both of those are optional; if caffeinated enough I will dance to the music that's only playing in my head... 😀

Back in my dancing days, when I was at college, a bit of Pigbag was guaranteed to get me onto the floor. Though if the DJ was feeling particularly mischievous they'd put the 12" version on and we would all be knackered and incapable of dancing much afterwards...I suspect it was done to boost bar takings.
