Willow and Riley?

Willow had chosen magic over Ivy League and Oxford. She's going to choose it over graduate school. Hell, it was causing a rift with Oz, that just had to be put on the backburner to set up her relationship with Tara and because of the power levels of the season 4 and 5 baddies. Magic was her passion

Good point, but if she finds a non magic boyfriend instead of Tara, especially someone old school like Riley, she might have put it more back burner, less central. She, rathet than Buffy might have become Walsh's focus - which could have ended a lot uglier than Buffy - not sure what a chip does to performing magic. buffy looked normal to walsh and was underestimated. Walsh may have viewed innate magic as demonic or something to experiment on.
