Who's mind was hosting the in-coma dream (Buffy OR Faith's) in SE3 EP22?

.I don't know if anyone else caught the hospital wall-clock, when Buffy emerges from her hospital room post Faith stating: "Little Miss Muffet counting down from 7-3-0. -
The clock was approaching "7:30am"

Just thought I'd share- didn't see that posted anywhere on that specific thread. ⏱

The clock in Restless also says 7:30, but Tara tells Buffy the clock is completely wrong because Buffy doesn't have 2 years left anymore, she only has one.

I think it was in Buffy's mind because there was a transfer of information from Faith to Buffy (which was information on how to kill the mayor). Then when Buffy wakes up she goes over to kiss Faith so that seems to me that she was aware of the dream whereas Faith wasn't because it happened in Buffy's head.

Doesn't Faith remember the dreams when she wakes up? Or did she have dreams of her own?

The Dreams in This Year's Girl are different. They have a similar setting and premise, but they have a distinction in that Buffy is attacking Faith instead of the two reconciling as in Graduation Day. TYG are all Faith's dreams, but clearly the two are connected.

Definitely Buffy's dream.

I doubt Faith read the Robert Frost poem Stopping Through the Woods On a Snowy Evening. But we know Buffy has since she correctly used the expression "miles to go" two episodes earlier in Prom. "Giles, I get it. Miles to go before we sleep. But if we are all going to die---" And she's the one who has shown an interest in poetry and guys who like poetry (Owen, Angel, Spike); checking out Emily Dickinson books to bond more with Owen, receiving Elizabeth Barrett Browning's Sonnets from the Portuguese as a birthday gift from Angel, taking a poetry class her sophomore year of university and telling the professor she enjoyed it.

And Buffy has a history of using faces she recognizes to pass along information in her prophetic dreams. Angel in quite a few, such as the one in Innocence. "You have to know what to see." Her spirit guide appeared in the visage of Sineya because Buffy would respond to her.

Buffy needed to see Faith helping her because she wanted to forgive her and go back to believing she could be saved.
