Had an odd dream

I had an odd dream that I think would be kind of a good idea for a fanfic.

I dreampt that I had the power to control demons. so like, I could influence cordelia, and I could only control Angelus but not Angel. I think this would be a good fanfic idea but I don't have a lot of time to write it.

Would anyone be interested in an OC with that power?

Yes, it would always be interesting to see what a person can do with the ability to control others. Willow tried mind control over other people in "Something Blue" and later with Tara but someone who can only control monsters has a lot of moral ambiguity to deal with. With few exceptions. we don't care that much about demons so if we impel them to kill themselves (a self-staking vampire for example) we might cheer this but what would it do to the character of the person with this power? Lots of good story ideas come to mind.

Even better you have them fight others demons to thin them out & that way they don't know what happening.

Plus I don't think you could control Cord because she was human basically. Angel maybe because his is a vampire even thought he "good ".

well in the dream, it was short blonde haired pregnant cordy, and I could only influence her, not control her. I asked her to escort angel out of the room and she looked at me and said "what, you can't do it yourself" and then grabbed angel by the arm and took him out the room.

That sounds interesting & sounds like Cordy was acting just like .......Cordy . Was there more to the dream ?

yeah, complete with angel going dark side after cordy did more than just escort him out of the room. That's when I really discovered I could control demons. Angel I couldn't budge, in fact he was so mad at me I asked cordy to take him away. He thought that even the idea that I could control demons made me a horrible person. I stopped angelus from a lot of truly horrific things that I think would violate the code of conduct of the boards. let's just say fred was very grateful that I happened to be walking by her room at the moment I did.
I was able to make angelus walk back into his cage, sit down on the floor and stay silent for the most part until I convinced cordy to give him his soul back.
every time angel tried to talk or moved to get up my eyes would turn blue (think like, supernatural's angel eyes) and I'd say "be quiet" or "stop moving" and he'd stop.
Cordy was tricky. she wasn't a full demon and mostly a power that be at that point. There was still a demonic aspect to her however that even though I couldn't use it to physically control her, I could use it to manipulate her, to convince her that restoring angels soul would actually work out better in her plan because I couldn't control angel, only angelus.
 
I only have a blurb of this written as I'm severely lacking in the free time recently. I only really get on the boards for maybe an hour or two here and there anymore.
