It was such an amazing day. One of the best days of my life. Someone that i've admired/loved for years.
The experience wasn't entirely the best tho. Staff said no touching at all, no hugs, no handshakes. and autograph tickets were sold out so you were not allowed to talk to her without paying. So i didn't get to tell her anything besides a quick hello, but i love my photo. She actually let me put my arm around her, and most of the photos if not all were all pretty far away, or they didn't touch her.

Wow this is super cool. I am glad you had fun and got to meet her. I know SMG has rarely appeared much at events, but so glad she is now.
 
Lucky you!

She seems like such a nice person and I'd love to meet her if I actually wanted to meet my favorite celebrities, but I'd be way too awkward.

Oh and Freddie seems so far away, you wanted Buffy all for yourself! 😉
 
She is, even if i didn't get to say much to her/Freddie. And he actually moved away and Sarah got close to me haha. It's funny.

That is so cool!

It's a shame that you couldn't say much but 'hi'. When I met James a few years back, I was telling him that I left my number with his assistant (who I was talking to for ages while James was off doing photos) I said I expected him to call me. He replied saying he certainly would (he didn't, but he went along with the banter)

The grin on your face says it all though! Congrats dude!

Actually with Freddie being so far away, kinda reminds me of this article from a few years back...

Thank you! Haha, that's amazing. I met James as well, he was super nice. Gave me a free autograph. Also met Eliza/Emma. And yeah, he was close to mostly the girls. Sarah and him both stayed apart with certain people, but i paid 250 and i just wanted a good photo even if they said no touching. Of course i'd get close to someone i've admired for years. But she actually stood next to me so i was happy about that.
 
That is so awesome. James is one of a kind (went to his panel the next day and some girl was like "Thankyou for last night... Now here's my question". He took it all in his stride)
I recall meeting Eliza and she was incredibly nice.

Man, I would totally pay $250 for a photo with SMG too. One of those real once in a life time opportunities, as so many other Buffy celebs do the con rounds a few times. But that's awesome she got quite close to you 🙂

So would I . I pull out my credit card & say of course since it a once in a life time event getting a picture .

I actually almost didn't get a photo with her. It sold out last minute, originally 150 for a standalone. And then i got one of the last tickets with her and Freddie. which was a little steep, and that was my money for an autograph but anything to get a photo with her. I'd rather have that, then just my memory of seeing her.
