Scenes that you HATE to rewatch

Do you have any scenes that you just HATE to rewatch? and fast forward?

No. If they're designed to elicit a response, I want to know what, why and how. If I'm in analysis mode, I'm more likely to clip them and watch them repeatedly. I'm only upset/angered by fictional film if a dog gets hurt.

For Buffy: I skip 'Superstar' entirely. Spike attempting to rape Buffy in 'Seeing Red' is tough to sit through - I fast forward through that scene whenever I rewatch it. Don't think there's much else.

For Angel: Ugh! I pretty much have to grit my teeth whenever Connor is on the screen cos if I fast-forwarded every time I saw his constant lemon-sucking grimace there wouldn't me much of the season to watch.

I have not and will not watching Seeing Red.

I thought Normal Again should have been terminated with extreme prejudice. It broke the spine of the story.

Ted was almost as bad. Seeing his bullying tactics, Joyce being oblivious and the only resolution being Buffy killed him but then showed him to be a cyborg was not what I consider entertainment.

I'm with you guys on The Body. Hate that episode and will not watch it ever again. I also agree with those about the Pete episode. Even though it's given the usual supernatural, horror movie twist, the abusive boyfriend angle hits a bit too close to home in that episode, more because I think we see her response to it.

Had he just turned into a monster and killed her, that would have been taken to a level of fantasy, but the way she tries to justify Pete's actions, the way she goes back to him and pays for it. Sadly as we know in real life that does happen without any kind of supernatural drug turning someone into a monster. It was a clever way though of getting the audience to sort of forgive Angel again by having him kill Pete, but overall I think the episode was too effective.
