Kennedy was an egotistical bitch. She was so proud that she humiliated Chloe just because she could. It annoys me that nobody called her out on her behaviour. When the First can basically say "you contributed to this" in regards to Chloe's suicide WITHOUT lying, there is a massive problem there that needed to be addressed. We never see any remorse from Kennedy about what she did.
 
So I kind of didn't remember that part of it. So I looked Chloe up. She was cute too. I also read in the trivia that they had planned for Faith to hang herself in season 3 but scrapped the idea because of how people liked Faith

That one reason I didn't like Kennedy . She thought that she should be in charge & because of who she was she drove Chloe to kill herself. True the First talked her into doing it but he never would have been able to do so if Kennedy hadn't made Chloe feel worthless . Makes you wonder if part of the reason she was going with Willow was to make herself more powerful.

I think Kennedy's actions definitely gave the First an edge when it came to talking to Chloe. I think it may have done what it tried to do to Willow, be sympathetic, be kind and convince the person to kill themselves. With the apocalypse hanging over their heads and the humiliation by Kennedy, it probably wasn't hard for the First to convince Chloe.
 
If you had to chose what potential would you have Willow date if it not Kennedy ?
 
I don't really remember the potentials. I think if Willow had to get a new girlfriend... it should have been Faith. Think about it. Both went 'bad' (Even though Warren deserved what he got) Both on a redemption hunt sort of maybe.
 
Well I remember some of them which is why I was asking . And the one that I think would have been good for Willow was Violet .
I think she would have been a lot better for her then Kennedy . Plus without Kennedy being with Willow Buffy would have never been kicked out .
Plus Chloe wouldn't have died either .

I'd choose Chao-ahn. Willow could teach her English which would help them to bond. Just imagine if Chao-ahn's first proper phrase in English was telling Willow how she felt about her or even just saying "Thank you for helping me". They could've done more with Chao-ahn, she was hilarious with Giles.

Considering what Kennedy was like with Chloe for not keeping in time, I'd hate to see what she was like with Chao-ahn, especially as there would be a language barrier so Chao-ahn wouldn't understand commands. Perhaps Chloe was chosen because if Kennedy had called Chao-ahn "Maggot", there would've been uproar from the audience.
 
Chao-ahn would've stared at Kennedy like "What?"

Of course if I had been Chloe.. suicide wouldn't have been the path I took.. waiting until Kennedy was asleep and then attacking her with a hammer perhaps.
