Does Angel include spoilers for Buffy?

Ok, so I'm in the middle of watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and I want to watch Angel, but I don't know if that includes spoilers for Buffy. If you watched Angel, can you please let me know if it does or doesn't? Thank you!

To avoid spoilers you have to watch the shows in a certain order as there are crossover episodes. Here's a link to a good viewing list.

I would also say that some people, me included, have tried to watch the show as per the viewing list, but found it so jarring and disjointed that I couldn't do it, and ended up watching all of Buffy then all of Angel.

There's a lot of Crossovers with both shows. For example S4 E3 of Buffy you need to watch first before you watch S1 E3 of Angel and Buffy S4 E15 and 16 before you watch Angel E18 and 19
While Buffy S5 E7 before you watch Angel S2 E7

That is what I would find disjointed. It would just seem really odd for some of the earlier episodes.
