Sarah Michelle Gellar's best moments in Buffy

I think SMG can do comedy well eg Buffybot, but not in a naturalistic way like Nick Brendon does. She can do drama and emotion far better than the rest of the cast though. Never overwrought or forced.

Have you seen the drunk scene in the garden party in inturn the crazy ones ? lots of good Sarah in that series I especially like the church scene at the funeral Sarah say little, but does not need to........ her facial expression say it all

I think both SMG and JM had issues with the sex scenes. At least SMG got to keep her clothes on or stayed covered, JM only got to wear a sock. He supposedly stopped working out in the hope that he wouldn't be asked to do so many naked scenes.

Yeah, the difference between season 6 & 7 is pretty clear abs-wise.

Sarah had a no nudity clause , so she escaped as for JM he had acted in a stage show completely naked a couple of years before, but yes I have no reason why JM had to be only in a sock.....and he also did not like them showing him smoking so much or the AR and also making him do things to someone he classed as a sister, I remember when people complained marti noxon said she did not understand who wouldn't want to see james naked ? she certainly showed us JM shirtless a lot
 
Ted. I know that not everyone loves the episode as I do, but SMG is really great in it and plays well off of John Ritter.

Also, some truly great moments in season 5 when her mom is at the hospital, and when she faces off with the Watcher's Council.

Yes she is amazing in the Body! You can feel the pain in her whole face and body. You really identify with her pain in this one and Forever!

I feel like The Body is one everyone can agree with, I'm bad at episode titles of season 5 but I meant earlier in the season. Like when her mom is wheeled away for surgery, or when Buffy cries in the kitchen doing dishes. It's those little moments but she really shines in them where someone else might not have 🙂

The Dishes scene always gets to me I agree. It is one of the most human moment in all the serie and one that I think everyone can identify with!
 
The emotional scenes of Buffy in The Gift (particulary with Giles), her break up with Angel in the sewer, the scene when Buffy have tears in her eyes after being rejected by the scoobies and the potentials, her conversation with riley when he tells her that she doesn't let him touch her in Out Of My Mind and her conversation with Xander in the episode Into The Woods. I find her hilarious with Sunday the vampire girl when she fell in the ground and in the episode Band Candy and many more great scenes with SMG.

I forgot about the break-up in the sewer with Angel! That one really wrecked my heart!
